Condo had very comfortable beds and clean linens with overall nice furniture but we had to see small insets all the time. Kitchen was nice equipped with utensils and such but looks kinda old and not very clean. We love the area but condos are getting older and older each year.
Beautiful resort in the Waikoloa Area. Check-in was at different resort, that was very hard to find. We had to call for directions, even using a GPS. Our unit was clean and comfortable, with everything you could possible need for a stay in paradise. The pool area and hot tub were beautiful and clean. ...
I'd stay there over any big hotel on the island. Great place , comfort was top notch.
We initially were given a room on the sixth floor that sounded like an airplane was taking off in the bathroom. Apparently they have a problem with the air conditioning equipment on the roof. Once we were moved to the fifth floor, there was much less noise and we had a pleasant stay.
This condo was in great shape, and is is a great location. Checking in and out was a bit of a pain, but manageable. This particular unit had bare minimum for cooking supplies and no beach gear which was disappointing
We stayed 3 nights and this hotel is huge! Having said that the monorail they have is quick and convenient making it very easy to get from one end to the other. The room was fine, but carpet felt sticky so that tainted our impressiion and made us feel a bit dirty. Restaurant food was just ok too, ...
Convenient but you need a car to move around no public transport.
This resort was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help. There were a variety of great food options and the beach area was fantastic. It was a smaller cove and had snorkeling for free and the ability to rent shaded cabanas, paddleboards, or boats. The pool was massive and ...
The grounds were impeccable and lovely as were the amenities! The condo was pleasant, but there were some issues with the sofa bed (lumpy, old mattress) and the master bedroom mattress, which was a little worn out. Some of the fixtures were also aged and could use an update. The room had very limited ...
We enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook breakfast and grill steaks for dinner. We will stay at this hotel again. You need to have a car to get to the beach.
Beautiful plants and grounds. Nice fitness room. Gorgeous pool!!! Bed squeaked. Finally put a towel between headboard and wall and this stopped the noise. Vertical blinds need replacing. Everything else was wonderful. Clean. Very comfortable. Staff helped set up the DVD player. Very prompt. It was ...
Great apartment with tremendous facilities - two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen / diner, lounge and a porch seating area + a fully equipped utility room. Good WiFi facilities and tvs in lounge and master bedroom. The ocean club bar and swimming pool area easy walk and the grounds ...
Upgraded to a two bedroom unit to get a view room. Location and view spectacular. Unit needs to be updated. Kitchen was cluttered with non functioning small appliances and lacked some essentials.
When I booked this condo, I was expecting a small 2 bedroom apartment-like place. I booked this in a rush and hadn't really read details about it. One confusing moment was figuring out where to check-in. It wasn't clear that the check-in office was in one place, and access to the unit was in another. ...
We love this hotel. We have been here many times and always enjoy our experience. There have been some management changes at the pool and beach created some new rules... which put a damped on the experience. Made a mention to management so hopefully they fix this.
This hotel is the most authentic, beautiful and well kept hotel on Mauna Kea. It is currently being managed by Kansas Henderson, and his reputation and performance is outstanding. He is a stickler for details and high customer service orientation, and it is reflected in his staff and his hotel. The ...
