The outside needs major attention. Driveway was not plowed. Entry ways were not shoveled or salted. Door D did not open. Carpets stained. They were working on the same area they had guests staying in. Will not stay at a baymont again for along time. Was not happy at all. Should either shut down to remodel or change how they are doing it.

They riped me off I had an accident on the way there and couldn't go that night they wouldn't refund my money or nothing I'm highly disappointed

The hotel is large and quiet, which is nice. It's a little hard to navigate when it's so large and the elevator is so inconveniently located, though. The beds were comfy but we were concerned that the paint in the bathtub was peeling.

A lot of the exterior paint was peeling off. The shower water was irregular, and would get very hot randomly when set at a cooler temperature. There was random patchy spots on the ceiling. There were random cracks throughout the room. The room was not as pictured. The furniture had torn fabric. The property was noisy and let other costumers crank up music from 10 pm to 4 am. The selection of breakfast was slim. The floor in the breakfast section were sticky and, so were the chairs. Our room did not have housekeeping come in while we were gone all day. The bathroom did not have a fan the shower was not clean. There was a crack around the pipeline by the wall. All of the dressers smelled gross. The pool was closed for the two days we were there. It was the worst hotel ever. We could not afford to go elsewhere with their deposit being $150.00 and $169.00 for the two nights.
