“The staff is great. We were hosted by Swati at the reception who showed us our room. We stayed at an extremely well maintained and organised space. It’s a renovated area with the authenticity of it still maintained. The chef and the dining staff are well trained, respectful gentlemen. I am 30 years at the moment and the food/bar is in my top 10 places after having lived in India and Europe.”

“Heat in room and kettle not working, towels and bathroom dirty. 2nd night lights kept going out, dining area closed due to outage. We were double billed for this luxury room. Hope not all Expedia rooms/ hotels are like this.”

“Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there. ”

“Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting. To top everything, while I was trying to sort the whole issue of them not being able to……
