Great views

The hotel is in a great location, the views are beautiful. On the down side, I found it to be a little dated. The walls where thin between the rooms and found it difficult to sleep. The manager was kind enough to upgrade my room for the last night, from having a king size I was left with two. Single beds, on our final night my partner and I slept appart! Attention to customer needs should be priory!

A complete dissapointment

Location: Too far from everything. Had to use taxi or struggle for long. Up the steep hill.
I paid for this hotel as fir 5 star. There was nothing ffrom star at that hotel. Room was small shabby, filthy. Breakfast untadty. Three star hotel will ve better fpdescription. It is far from everything. You can not get there by public transport. Only byntaxi. Yes, there was a view on Acropolis but from a very far distance. A complete mussel by expedia! Shame!

It was ok. Clearly, the hotel is not interested in giving anything but its worst rooms to people who reserve through hotels.com.

The floor may have been more comfortable!

Worst reception service, no help with bags when arriving, very unfriendly, asking question usually produced a look of scorn! Breakfast was ok but again relatively disinterested staff. Beds very hard offering 3 bad nights sleep. Certainly not a luxury hotel by world standards! The only saving grace is the restaurant offers a very nice dinner and great views.

Please look to stay somewhere else if you can

2/5 stars. This hotel is old and rooms are in need to professional repair. The pool is pretty bad; The views from the roof are nice; The staff don't really care, maybe the hotel should give them some attention. As a guest of many 5 star hotels this was not one I recommend you stay; They should build a completely new hotel.
