All ages can have a great time at these family friendly properties
Very relaxing. Loved having lounge chairs set up all over the resort to sit near the ocean and relax. Downside, restaurant prices very expensive.

This resort, though not right next to the ocean, is just a short drive to the beach. It is very clean, well kept, and quiet. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit due to lack of one bedroom. They have kitchens, allowing you to make and store food through the week. Beds were comfy, staff was very accommodating ...
It was nice having a shopping mall just across the street, still need to drive but 2 mins maybe, and had everything I needed in the unit. Will be back definitely.

We just returned from our visit to the big island and had the best time. The resort was pretty amazing. We had opted to stay at the King’s Land resort rather than the Hilton Waikoloa and are so glad we did. Both properties are beautiful but King’s land had more of what we wanted. The pools were beautiful. ...
The hotel was not the Four Seasons, but for the price, it was wonderful! The manatees night swim was right out in front our room and it was wonderful to watch all the vacationers enjoying the experience. The water was lite up at night with blue lights and the wind was softly blowing.....absolutely ...

The check In was superb....Brandy was friendly and welcoming, she even called to see if everything in the room was good. The property was clean all housekeeping and landscapers were friendly, always acknowledge by saying good morning, afternoon or evening...loved the room...the kids enjoyed the pool....would ...
I looked hard for a resort that wasn’t ridiculously expensive with a decent pool and a beach we could swim/ snorkel in. This resort fit the bill. Friendly staff and good location. Not 5 star but pretty close. It’s closing later in the year for awhile to be renovated, so not sure what will happen ...

Only stayed one night, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach & boat tours
Extensive grounds close to the ocean. Quiet hotel with great grounds, wonderful pool, small beach and safe bay for snorkeling. Outdoor breakfast complicated by the local birds aggressively seeking leftovers. Small range of restaurants. Great sunsets. Expensive but worthwhile.
I found this hotel to be a tiny bit scruffy on the outside, but the remodeled rooms, excellent welcoming staff (Moani), great free breakfast and proximity to town to be excellent!

We were pleased with the customer service delivered by the staff. They upgraded our room to an ocean front and this room was terrific. The room looked newly renovated with granite countertops and comfortable seating. Balcony views and sounds were spectacular. I would consider staying here again. ...
Had one issue with our room that was addressed quickly and was not an inconvenience to us. Great location for getting around.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger. We had plenty of room with our two teens. One chose a bedroom, and one the loft, We were able to cook our measl. The condo is spacious, old style hawaiian. The swimming pool is nice, not huge but enough to cool off. It's slightly colder than the ocean ...
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Stunning views.
It has great location and was probably a 5 Star Resort 20 years ago. But it could use a healthy remodeling to bring it back up to standard.

Amazing!!! Clean and comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedding was wonderful. We loved having the resort like pool close by. Also had access to Hilton Waikolia lagoon. It’s a relaxing vacation in itself.
We had a very happy stay at this home. We were relaxed and enjoyed it a lot. Beautiful property!!!
WOW. My husband and I just got back from 5 days in paradise. We left the hotel only once during our stay. There is no need to leave. There are 7 beautiful pools- one pool is a salt water aquarium with fish and a spotted ray that you can safely snorkel! The resort is very laid back and immaculate. ...
