Nice Hotel in the Center of Kongsberg

Arrived late on a work trip (after midnight), short 5 minute walk from the train station. Front desk was still staffed when I arrived, smooth check-in and good service. Room was clean and nice, relatively standard. Comfortable bed and I slept well. Breakfast in the morning was good and then left relatively early. A good standard stay.

Probably the best hotel in town. Service was great. Friendly people. Room a bit dated but reasonable considering the location. Breakfast excellent!

Decent hotel

I stayed in this hotel for one night with my husband. When we first got into the room the first thing I noticed was a lip and face print on the window. We went out to dinner and got back around 11pm. The bar across the street had a live band playing. We thought they ended at midnight but it was just a break. By 1 am they were still playing so we called the front desk and asked for a different room, which they got us quickly. The 2nd room was much more quiet. I might look for a different hotel before staying at this one again.

Kongsberg

Excellent all round. Great location, lovely staff and room, great food. Would recommend. Only minor is that parking is not free, although 155 NOK for 24 hours is not bad.
