It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi. The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property.

I really liked this hotel however the reception staff spoke hardly any English and communication was not great The only two receptionist that were very helpful were Fathin and Sanye There were no excursions available so find your own. No buses or train run to city centre so I had to keep catching a cab all the time. On the plus side they have a swimming and hamman for females only which is brilliant The continental buffet is wicked I loved it The rooms are big and spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

Best Hotel in Konya
Likely the best hotel in Konya. We had a family suite, enough room for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds. The hotel had a bball court, ping pong table, pool, sauna, hamaam, gym, etc. Lots to do to stay entertained. The breakfast was solid, with the staff very helpful at breakfast. The location is about 10 min drive from Mevlana Rumi which is the primary reason people come to Konya, so keep that in mind, you'll need a car or taxi to get back and fourth.

Avoid this hotel
The hotel was paid for online yet they insisted on me paying again on check in. I refused and evidenced I paid. Receptionist eventually gave in. The hotel was almost in complete darkness. Lights limited. I had asked for a room high up and got 4th floor room 408. The room linen had holes in it the basin tap had the combination of hot/cold the wrong way around. I was charged 100 TL for the breakfast but had paid in the rate. I ordered room service but it was foul. Breakfast finished 10.30 but by 10 was told it was finished. Housekeeping knocks on door often despite do not disturb sign. The hotel and rooms in need of repair. I was grateful I only had 2 nights there, never again!

The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. All staff members are cheerful and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast buffet, especially the mini chocolate croissants which you don’t find everywhere. Fatma Yilmaz, the manager, is lovely and keeps everything running smoothly.

The facilities are great and top rate. Rooms are reasonably comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and staff was helpful. In the restaurants the staff need to be trained on personal hygiene. Most of the waiters and other personnel had very strong body odors which were not appropriate. They have to be trained to serve professionally and focus on customers. At times we saw them talking to each other and not paying attention to customers. Unfortunately, these kind of details makes otherwise a great place very mediocre and these details should be high priority for a service proving facility.

It is a modern, big hotel, designed in the efficient style of international hotel chains, with all facilities to be expected. Very friendly reception staff, who also speak English. Excellent swimming and fitness facilities, especially the well designed hamam. Situated on a big ring road, the garden and pool are separated from the traffic by a dense hedge. Rooms are quiet though. Great view from the rooftop bar and restaurant. Restaurant serves international food, nicely presented.
