The hotel asked me for a copy of the hotel voucher so they could bill Expedia. They said that their contract with Expedia requires this. This was the first time this has ever happened nor was I warned by Expedia that this would be necessary at this property. I am not a party to the Continental Palace's contract with Expedia; I have no obligations under it. Nevertheless, I took the time to provide them with a copy of the voucher so they could get paid by Expedia. I wish I had not booked it through Expedia, and I wish I had not used up my Expedia points to pay for it.
