Clean n affordable stay
Nice staff, neat n clean place at affordable price. Location is close to shopping area, beach, business centres and commutation is available like taxi n cycle hires.

A nice and reasonably priced apartment for short-stay in Kos; the manager was particularly very helpful!

SERVICE OG HJÆLPSOMHED I TOPKLASSE
Jeg glemte min jakke med mit pas og var nåët til Samos inden jeg opdagede det. Da jeg forespurgte om den var på hotellet fandt de jakke og pas og tilbød at sende med rutebåd til Samos så jeg dagen efter modtog mine glemte sager. Trods Porto udgifter og besvær ønskede de ikke betaling herfor. DET KAN MAN KALDE VIRKELIG GOD SERVICE.

Perushotelli,missä ei toteudu netissä luvatut asiat. Ilmainen wiki tarkoittaa co.hotellissa 4Mbps se nopeus ei riitä uutisten katseluun saati elokuvan katseluun, ei puutarhaa, vastaanotto ei auki 24/7, ilmainen tee/kahvi muuttui maksulliseksi, yhtään ilmaista pullovettä ei näkynyt kertaakaan, päivittäinen siivous tarkoitti kahden roskapussin vaihtoa. Ruokailu jätettiin yhteen kertaan koska kokki lähti suoraan tupakalla ruuanlaittoon. Suihkuverhossa hometta, keittiökaapit likaiset, keittiön varustustaso vajavainen;1 iso kattila ja paistinpannu johon kaikki tarttui kiinni. Parasta hotellissa on check outo.

Dear guests thank you for your review and let me start with a question... If all things were so bad as you described them then how come you stayed for a whole week!!! How come you forget to mention the free safety deposit box for a whole week. How come you forget to mention that you broke the toilet seat and it was replaced with a new one at no extra charge. The Free WiFi is FREE and is very good... Lastly where exactly on the Expedia site does it say that we offer free coffee and tea and why when you were asked to pay you did not show us your "free" coffee and tea pass? Out of professional courtecy I will not go into more details... I would just like to thank you very much for checking out!!!!!!!

Veldig enkelt, gammelt, slitent og tildels skittent
Harde senger og puter. Nesten ikke plass til å dusje; ca.55 x 55 cm inni et klebende dusjforheng! Ingen mulighet til å henge håndklær og badetøy til tørk. Håndklær og sengetøy er motbydelige; flekkete og gråe. Maur på kjøkkenet, som er meget spartansk utstyrt. Noe skittent kjøkken, kjøleskap og bad.Trenger oppgradering! Rolig strøk, koselige drivere. Langt å gå til Strand og sentrum, 5 - 10 euro for taxi.

Very nice people (Stam&John), very good atmosphare and breakfast. Nice and clean room with kitchen. If we come back, than to Stam&John Apartments!!

KJEMPE BRA!
Har allerede planlagt mitt neste opphold i kos her. Kjempe bra service, snakker godt engelsk, ryddige og fine rom, bra resturant med wifi i resepsjonen. Kort gåavstand til bargata. Er akuratt god nok avstand, så man kommer seg litt bort fra alt maset. Skal du på de berømte partystrendene er det bare 5 minutter i taxi, som ikke koster mye.Kom til sette hotellet, de fortjener og ha mye besøk :)

Appena arrivati in camera si puo subito notare la puzza di fogna proveniente dal bagno, entrando nella camera da letto: senza considerare il pavimento sporco, quello che più mi ha lasciata esterrefatta e' stato trovare chiazze gialle e rosse sulle lenzuola, oltre al fatto che sia i cuscini che gli asciugamani non erano di colore bianco ma tendente al nero. C'e inoltre da considerare il fatto che una volta terminata la doccia escono dei simpatici animaletti (scarafaggi). Nota positiva e' stato il comportamento del personale che e' stato disponibile a cambiarci stanza, anche se le condizioni della nuova camera non erano diverse dalla precedente. Concludo affermando che vale la pena spendere 20 € in più per dormire sereni.

Hotell med enkel standard nær stranden.
Greit lite hotell med aircondition og trådløst internett. Rommene har også baliong og en liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap. Ligger ca tre minutter fra stranden og har mange restauranter i nærheten. Tar ca 10 min å gå til Kos by. Perfekt plass for deg som vil bo billig og ikke midt i sentrum.
