We had a great stay at Strömstad Camping in one of the newer “hotel rooms” for 2 people. The room was exactly like the picture. The area itself was very clean and organised. We will probably come one back the next time we visit Strömstad.
On arrival to the island we find that despite prepaying more than 4000 NOK for two nights our booking had not been received. Rummet var inte städat när vi kom och de hade inte tid att städa så vi fick göra det själva. Duschen är väldigt trångt placerad, inte alla som kan gå in i den ens. Fräscht och nybyggt men väldigt trångt och dåligt utrustat i köket. Ligger bra till för ena färjeläget.

A girls’ escape. Very nice spa treatments. Lovely property. Dining at the restaurant is a wonderful experience: great food and a knowledgeable staff who care to make it a fun evening. Good shopping in a small charming seaside town.
Kinda small rooms, lit of conventioneers. But worth it to be able to take a ferry to the islands and bike around the Mister national park
The main problem with this place is the price. It is expensive for what you get. There are no linens, and breakfast is not included. The room has a bathroom, but it is a shared shower. We were there and it was practically empty so the shower and kitchen were available. There were a lot of rooms though! ...
