airport hotel - service can be improved

airport hotel with complimentary airport shuttle service. driver is late for our journey to airport due to previous booking. this can be avoided if better communication is made with us to combine the trips. reception girl is poor, no morning call received despite a request was made. knew nothing about our booking to the airport, knew nothing about when shuttle bus will come back, but just asked us to wait while we had only 70 minutes before the flight departure. breakfast not booked, it is cheap but only provide a pack of soya milk and a slice of cake (because cafe not open yet). noise from the planes can be heard every 2 minutes or so. beds not comfortable. wifi not working, ac and shower facilities are good.
