"Enjoyed our stay!"
My friend and I spent a few nights here in March, and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, and the hotel very clean and quiet. We felt it was very relaxing, we made good use of the sauna and the heated beads at the front. Location wise, it was perfect for us. There are many restaurants in the area and it is a short walk to 2 different metro lines. We would definitely stay here again!

"Truly Japanese Experience"
I stayed here for 4 nights total on 2 different occasions while in Tokyo. (So good I booked again) This is Japanese culture at it's best. The rules are the rules. All out by 1000. Check in starts 1600. No underwear in the bath area. No shoes to be worn. Stiff money penalties for losing locker keys. Women have a separate floor but can use the lounge area with the guys level 4. The rules are what makes the place a truly Japanese experience. Locker area is vey busy at times. I seen over 20 people waiting to check in at 0015 one morning. The capsule experience is one thing all westerners should try in Japan for at least one night and just put up with the rules. The capsule area was very quiet except one night when you could hear people trying to sing at a nearby venue. Give the capsule experience a go and why sleep the same as you do every other night.

"Worth the price"
The staff are remarkably awkward, I mean, even considering the language barrier. I can speak a little bit of Japanese, but every word that came out of my mouth was as if I was from an alien planet to these people. It was so strange, especially since Tokyo is the most English-ish place I've been in Japan (I'm a university student in Osaka). Getting past the uncomfortable feel that the staff give you, the place is okay. The beds are really comfortable (though the top bunk is a huge physical task to get up into), and the facilities you need are there. The showers are... not the most appetizing, as a warning; the floors are pretty spongey, which is gross if you think about it too much. But you're there to sleep, not to have luxurious showers. All in all, if I need to spend a night in Tokyo for cheap, I'll probably be going here again.

"Nice hotel "
Large hotel about 5 min from the station. Seemed a bit expensive at first, but receieved a free upgrade to a double. Nice room and large bathroom. Great view. Even has a spa on the top floor. Staff were polite and helpful and moved my luggage to my room for me. Wish it had vending machines, though. Does have a small bar (which was ok..) and a restaurant (which I did not try).
