Nice hotel in good location

The hotel rooms were comfortable and good location, with restaurants and bars nearby. Only a short walk down to the beach and you can get the boat to different islands, so worth staying here!

Extremely fresh and clean hotel, very good staff and the whole building seems very new. The breakfast was good and the hotel was close to everything in Ao Nang.

You can here all the noises from the rooms next door. Staff in the breakfast area were rude. Facilities not great. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night. Would love to get a refund.

Lovely for a budget property - I booked 2 separate rooms (same room not available when I extended my stay) - the rooms are basic but nice, I had a lovely view over the pool. The first room had a shower head that shot every which direction but down - created a river across the bathroom floor. The second room had a working shower head but no Netflix available on the TV like the first room. Seems like a minor complaint (I didn’t come to Thailand to watch Netflix!), however, when it’s raining outside, and you’re traveling by yourself, it’s a nice distraction!

Dirty hotel and bad service!

Minus: The only one with good service was the guy carrying the laguages. I have stayed in thailand for a month in 4 different hotels and this was the worst. NOT 4 stars at all. I asked why cleaning lady did not switch the used cups and they responded I had to wash it my self..never picked up empty bottles and cleaned the floor with some oil and stepped ln towel to scrub it. Location is bad full of needy indians who wants to sell. Pool is surrounded with walls so no sun there. Plus: We did get 2 rooms with 4 beds.

The internet connection was basically non existent, the pool was covered in kids everyday, breakfast was not good, the egg lady was awesome but the other hot food tasted like leftovers, the elevator would stop at every floor all the time (to the point where it was faster to take the stair) probably from kids always pressing all the buttons. Our doorbell would go off in the morning for no reason. Our room would barley get cleaned or restocked they would just remake the bed and we were staying there for 10 days so it got pretty grimly in there, no wiping our bathroom counter or cleaning the floors, no new hand towels for half the time we just had small bath towels, they forgot to refill our toilet paper a few times and we just had to grab it ourselves. We booked it because it was rated higher than the hotel we were staying at before it but I really don’t understand why, maybe if more people said it was good for kids and family’s not couples then I would have known to not book there without option of a refund.
