We stayed here for a couple of nights it was good to begin with and then just became disappointing. Picture aren't reflective of what it actually looks like. Bathroom needed up grading in the room, not a proper shower either and on the last day it felt like they're were wanting us to leave first they phoned the phone remaining us checkout was a 12 at llam. Next the hot water wouldn't get hot for a shower. And then at 11:59 they rang the phone again. This was highly annoying. Also during our the stay the Wi-Fi in the room was horrific, wouldn't connect and just wouldn't work.

The massage was terrible , my friend was “molested” by a lady man masseur. Place proper signage to inform guest that need pre - booking. Now & then too many queues while having massage. There is no Gym & no toothbrush provided for a 4 Star hotel , disappointing

The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help at all times. Even the cleaning lady came after us after we had checked out, because we forgot an item in the room, so she wanted to return it to us. The Thai people are usually friendly and smiling. The walls and connecting door to other room are paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room, even when they were going through their plastic bags, or at night, their lights were shining through closed door.

Great location, great price, huge room. Our only complaint was that the walls were very thin and you could hear tons of little noises at all times of the night (the room next to ours arrived at 3AM, and they weren’t being loud, but it definitely woke us up). The bed was comfy enough that we were still rested, though!

Sad and disorganized.
While we were waiting for the check in time 2 pm, they were give rooms for people who were coming and they keep saying our room was not ready. They served drinks to other guest who were arriving and for us nothing. We could not understand the different treatment. When we complain off course the staff did not like and we feel they treat us unkind the whole staying. Not pleasant at all after you travel so far and spent on 3 rooms. This are the staff in the front desk. The others staffs on the dinning area were good.

Wow, AMAZING EXPERIENCE in Aonang buri hotel, the employees was so humble, they helped us in everything, also you can rent a motorcycle and explore all around, I love the location because there you can take tours to phi phi islands, James Bond island etc. Honestly I highly recommend this hotel, the cleanliness was perfect, the view in the room, the pool, the massage room and the continental breakfast was perfect.

1. Room was not ready when we reach hotel. Told to wait for room to be cleaned. Sat at lobby waited. Until we appproached the reception again were we told that our room was ready. 2. Staff at hotel reception did not smile. I ended up being friendly to them. 3. There was no bedroom slipper even upon request. 4. As the floor of the room was tiled, it feels sticky. 5. The toilet has a bad urine smell. 6. Water in the shower changes from hot to cold, cold to hot...... 7. When the transport who came to pick us for our way to the airport, the receipt did not inform us even though the van was parked at the hotel. No initiative. 8. At the breakfast, when asked for ketchup, a male staff pointed to a side table asking us to help ourself to the ketchup. When I got the bottle, it was sticky..... A very disappointing stay....won’t come back no mater what!!
