Location: The train station is very close about a 10 minute walk and its about 10 minute walk to the Main Square and Castle.
Lovely and helpful staff, amazing breakfast and comfortable and clean room with the extra plus of a lovely traditional Polish restaurant 2 minutes walk away. They have a great map of the town at reception to take away which was so helpful.

This hotel is close to the main square, very convenient and a lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Good Value for Money

Pros: If your room is at the back of the hotel then you'll find that it can be noisy due to the railway line. Rectified by air con and windows closed.
Cons: During breakfast as things like the juice and roll's are used the waitresses could replenish then more quickly without having to be told.
Location: Great location for the City Centre and Glowny Station both less than 6 minutes away. Attached to the side of the station is a huge shopping centre.
Lovely hotel, the hotel receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. Arrive around 10am however was able to get into room straight away. Size of the room was great, very modern and air conditioned. Breakfast was your typical Continental style, hot food was the scramble egg and bacon. All the relevant tours can be booked at reception. So all in all a great 3 day stay.

Nice hotel close to old town

Posted Apr 2, 2017
Pros: Everything !
Location: Shopping, sightseeing in the old town, eating in the old town, and of course numerous trips including salt mines and Auschwitz.
Stayed at the Ascot with my sister for three nights. Wish it had been longer ! There is so much to do and see in Krakow we will definitely return. The hotel is probably 5 mins to the left from the old town and 5 mins to the right from huge shopping mall. Trips can be booked from the reception and staff are so helpful.

Noisy but nice rooms

Hotel is well positioned and clean. I've stayed there a few times for this reason. However, if has no sound-proofing and ones ability to get a good night's sleep completely depends on the behaviour of the occupants of neighbouring rooms.
