Lovely and unusual boutique hotel

I had three nights in this hotel and it is conveniently located. The pool is small but in an unusual and pleasant setting. The rooms are 'faux antique' - I had a room in the new wing - but tastefully done. The Sky Bar is a fun place to hang out in the evening, and has a great view.
On the minus side, the bathrobes are way too small: made for someone who is 1m55 tall and built like a stick insect.
The bedroom curtains need to be heavier: I had to wear eyeshades to block out the light. And why oh why do hotel and restaurant managers the world over think that music (or what passes for it) with annoying tinny disco beat and bubblegum pop singers, or very poor quality lounge music, is pleasant to have breakfast by? Most people i've asked find it as irritating as I do, and in one place other guests have thanked me for asking the staff to turn it off or down.
