The suites are a very good size. However, there is no dining table even though there is plenty of space. Also one curtain was missing from the windows.

Fair deal for luxourious stay.
Clean and convinient place to stay in Krakow. Parking availible. Space in room was enormous.

Unfortunately, there was an additional fee for the pool and use of the beach. PLN 48 per person for 2.5 hours of the aquapark and PLN 15 for the beach for the whole day. Od I had known about the extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel. No extra bed for a child. No towel or pillow for a child. Breakfast very good.

It’s pretty great. The room and bed is comfy. The breakfast is pretty okay. Overall, it’s a pretty nice hotel.

The Pool in the pics is not in the hotel
It was unusual that picture in your site are misleading. The pool is not in the hotel itself BUT included among the hotel PICS. This is unfair. You have to walk there and pay separately. The hotel is 20 minutes drive by bus from City Center and the pool was the reason I booked it.

Good hotel
The hotel is excellent and prices are good. I had one problem, as I tried to leave early. The receptionist said she can't do it, so I called Hotels.com When they called the hotel, they agreed to let me leave early but with one day penalty. Except for that everything was good.

Nice hotel but
The bar didn’t open till 7pm and on the 2nd night it was closed for a private function also there was a wedding on so the dance music went on for 4 hours, the hotel it self is nice and staff are good

Room was clean, but beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is located about a 20-30 zloty cab ride from the centre of the city. A decent breakfast was there.

Hotel Swing Review
Everything was pretty much perfect. Pleasant staff, helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Atmosphere was lovely. We arrived late and the restaurant was shutting but the staff still managed to produce some food for us on an ad-hoc basis.

You get what you pay for. The staff is minimally helpful, at best. The rooms and amenities are dated. Towels are usually stained. The bed is terrible and the room is always too cold for comfort. The breakfast is mediocre at best.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms.
The hotel is possibly a little too far from the city centre but if you have a car it is easy to get around. The rooms were big and clean and the breakfast had great variety with fresh goods (coffee could have been better). Overall a nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff.

I stayed in the Swing hotel for 6 nights and I was a little worried when I first arrived as it seemed quite a distance from the city. There is a bus stop very close by and it is only 7 stops into Kraków for 3.80z. A taxi, depending upon the time of day costs between 25-30z... However, if you are willing to go into the centre at 10am or 5pm and come back at 5pm or 10.30pm there is a shuttle service for 8z each way...... and this, for me, turned out to be a taxi. The other great thing about this restaurant is the breakfast which is varied and plentiful. There is something for everyone and, although there were tour groups, it didn't feel crowded. The rooms had everything I needed, including a safe, hairdryer and they provided a kettle and cups with tea/coffee etc when I asked. My only negative comment would be that I was in a small corridor on the first floor next to a door that slammed every time someone went through it but this is just a minor irritation in view of the short time spent in the room and preferable to the more noisy central hotels. i would definitely stay again if I return to Kraków.

Excellent from all aspects. The location was specifically chosen to be close to friend's residence so it did not bother me that it was nit in Centrum. Have stayed there before and will do so again.

Spotless rooms and great service.
We enjoyed our four night stay at the hotel. Bus service into the town centre was good. We booked excursions at the hotel desk and they were well priced and efficient. The Chinese restaurant in front of the hotel has good food at excellent prices. Helpful and friendly staff.

Although out of the city centre Hotel Swing had a good local bus service into city centre which ran frequently and 7 day unlimited travel was 48 zlts. Would recommend this hotel highly.

My 4 stay and as good as ever.. Excelent value for money You can get the bus to the center for just £0.76 but make sure you research how the buses work to avoid a fine... I was able to get away with a warning..

Nice hotel....good service, nice B-fast! The only negative issue is the fact you are not very close to downtown; but you are nice to a good water park and cinemas if you want to escape for a couple of hours.

handy location for water park
The hotel is a wee bit out of the centre but there are good bus links right outside the hotel and it only cost 3zloty to get into town. It is right next to Park Wandy (which is more about sides, and flumes as opposed to pools) and has ample car park facilities which are at a premium at the hotels in the centre. There is a cheap chinese right accross from it but if you decide to eat in try the stoganov just for the theatre, as they make it right in front of you! The staff are friendly and helpfull and there is plenty to choose from at breakfast.
