Beautiful hotel on the main square. The service at reception was without fault, helping to book tours and transfers. So polite and friendly. The rooms were amazing, with marble bathrooms and were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it was on the Main Square in the Old Town of Krakow. Our twin bed room was stunning, with an incredible view over Krakow Main Square. The breakfast was fabulous, but the menu choice for the evening was disappointing. I am a coeliac, and the choice was very limited. But other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Old hotel with a perfect view
The best possible view in Krakow. But hotel has not been renovated for a long time except for bathrooms which are great. Awful breakfast - please skip it.

The hotel is in a wonderful position. The staff were all very helpful, attentive and spoke excellent English. We had room 34 which has amazing views overlooking the square.

Hotel was excellent! Staff were lovely, room was perfect and really liked all the little touches that made the stay special. Slippers, robes, a proper coffee machine, lots of other really nice things as well. The view was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Loved this historical building overlooking the square. Loved the view overlooking the square but did not hear the noise from the street din below. Clean, quiet and luxuriously spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very personable and helpful staff. Extremely central and easy to walk anywhere. Copious amounts of restaurants serving delicious food everywhere.

The location on the central market square makes it convenient to walk to all sites in the Old City and also train station. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly - they booked tours for us. Clean and comfortable rooms and not too noisy considering how close we were to outdoor cafes. A great place to stay!!

Location, location, location! Best on Stare Miasto - Rynek. We had a room overlooking Rynek - Mariacki Church and Sukiennice! Dream location! Hotel Wentzl is in the best location! Great Polish food all around Rynek. Prices comparable to EU. Can’t wait to be back! 02 Sept. 2023

Excellent Hotel in Krakow
The location was outstanding. We have a room that looked right out onto the main square! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone going to Krakow

The hotel room was nice, the view, friendly staff, and great location. The problem was the airport shuttle service they provided. I confirmed a price from them months in advance ain multiple emails, texts, and from the airport to the hotel I paid the expected agreed upon price, However, a few days later when I went from the hotel to the airport shuttle the airport shuttled demanded more money that the agreed uopn amount. The driver became threatening and I was concerned about my safely and luggage so I overpaid the driver who later lied and said that I underpaid him to the hotel. The hotel believed the driver. I advise no one use the hotel's sneaky shady airport shuttle service. use a taxi or other public transaportation. It will be safer and cheaper anyways

Our room had a faulty sewer. one day we returned late, there was a strong stench in the room and dirty water rose through the drain hole in the shower. we had to change room for the night.

Location is the best in Krakow. The staff is incredible. My friend at front desk was extremely helpful. I can’t remember his name. Breakfast was really good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow Old Town
The hotel is right in the centre of Krakow Old Town and close to all restaurants and bars. They booked our transfer by taxi from the airport and our trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the view from our room was beautiful

Noisier than hell. Avoid.
I travel a lot - and this was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in at night. It was almost impossible to sleep on any night. Despite having paid thousands of zlotys for what were supposed to be the best rooms for 4 nights I had room 46 - which overlooks some sort of courtyard disco pub and night club with people screaming and shouting until 5am. I asked to move and was told no. I asked for more pillows. None ever came. It’s poor. Krakow is full of good hotels. This has a great location but that it’s enough on its own. I’d never return.

Excellent hotel right on the main square. Service was outstanding. Room was very comfortable and relatively quiet despite having window looking out onto the square. I would definitely stay here again if in Krakow. My only complaint was that the Nespresso machine in my room seemed to be broken.

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location. It is on the main square and central to lovely restaurants and bars. We had breakfast included which was great as we could plan our day over breakfast. The staff cannot do enough for you - very helpful!
