Had a great time.

Pros: Nice pool.
Location: Went to several restaurants within walking distance. Souvenirs priced reasonably.
Enjoyed hotel and area. Great snorkeling right outside room. Food vert good at Chibi Chibi and several very nice restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Nice hotel - divers paradise

Pros: This is a Divers paradise, everything you need is right there. Nice dive shop, very well organized, takes the hassle out of diving.
Cons: The rooms could stand a little work and the exterior needs paint. Food quality & pricing at the buffet makes it a no go.
Location: Best location in Bonaire for diving, minutes from town for shopping and restaurants, minutes from the airport.
This hotel is older and in need of some refurbishing but has a great location and world class diving. You can walk to town for shopping, restaurants etc. , only minutes from the airport, couldn't ask for a better location. The dive shop is excellent and they provide nice lockers for all of your dive gear. They also have am and pm boat dives but the reef at the dock area is fantastic, alive with fish, barracuda, tarpon, flounder, eagle rays, huge bait balls, eels, octopus and much more. The bar and restaurant is excellent, good service, nice happy hour, very friendly. Stay away from the buffet, way overpriced and mediocre food. Housekeeping was great, with a special mention to Carmen, hard working, willing to please and very friendly. This is a great place to spend a diving vacation, everything you need is footsteps away, takes the hassle out of diving. Quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff. Will stay there again next year.

Great dive hotel

This hotel has great dive facilities. A five minute walk to town for shopping and dining. The dive staff was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The reef in front of the hotel is beautiful. The snorkeling is pretty good. Lots of wildlife and beautiful corals and sponges. 2 nice swimming pools grace the property. A grocery store 15 minutes walk supplied our in the room refrigerator.

Good location, close to downtown

The location is good and the hotel is overall okay. The quality of the wifi in the rooms is terrible. The housekeeping is very incomplete every day. Some front desk clerks are very helpful though.

Don't expect too much!

Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping
Location: Very good location, close to center, close to supermarkets, close to the church, close to airport.
* VERY BAD WIFI, had to stand in my balcony to get a little wifi. Even in the Lobby poor connection. * Housekeeping BAD: Does not wash the glasses, does not refill coffie, milk and cups, soap, forgets to put 'washandjes', not enough hangers. Had to complain 2 days and still no extra hangers. Housekeeper does not put extra toilet paper nor Kleenex even though nearly finished. Dusty porch/balcony, the walls full of dust, balcony full of dust. * Hotel outdated, not enough inputs for electricity 'stopcontacten'. * No pen or paper to write in room * No TV-channel menu in room * No guest-services information in rooms * Lousy/ desinterested receptionist, not all of them.

Nice views... nothing else

Pros: Location and views
Cons: Relocate the air conditioning unit for the guest to be able to use the terrace. Improve the quality of their staff.
Location: Location is excellent. Close to the airport and main restaurants
The hotel is very well located. Other than that, is pretty old and it needs proper investment urgently! The room was too small. We were 2 adults 2 kids, but it was all set for only 2 people (2 towels, 2 coffee cups). There was not even an extra cup to have some water. There was no Wi Fi!!!. We were counting on that, as they sell it in their page.. but not. Not Wi Fi. We asked several times what was happening, and the answer was that they had to wait until Monday for the technician to go back to work (it was Friday). The views were amazing, but it was impossible to sit out in the terrace, as the AC machine was just there, making a lot of sound and hot air. The staff could not recommend any restaurant. The answer of this particular person was that he eats every day at home, so he doesn't know any restaurant (he was attending in the front desk). All in all, we wouldn't recommend this hotel!!! It is tempting, because of the location and views... but if you need a little more quality, don't go for it. What they sell through their page is not accurate.

Nice place to stay

Pros: Love the staff, love the location, love the water front.
Cons: Hummm just the little things. Missing closet door knob, ro on phone didn't work, A/C leaked and made noise (was taken care of)

Love the staff, love the location, love being ocean front and the screened in balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is a little dated and tired but still everything I really needed and more. They are doing gradual updates to the rooms, so the bathroom and kitchenette were newly updated. This is a 3 star hotel but the price fits the hotel. I wish I could say it was a 4 or 5 because I loved my time there and would go back but honestly it is a perfectly fine 3 star hotel.

Diving was 24 hours a day- if you wanted to dive, just grab your gear from your locker on the dock and the tank from the dock then jump in!
