Not worth it

Room had a bed which was built in between wall and wardrobe. As a tall person I could not fit. First time in my life I could not lie flat/straight in a hotel bed. Not going back.

Great hotel

Pros: Clean, tidy and helpful staff.
Cons: Not having air conditioning in the room was disappointing as it was very hot the week we visited.
Location: Very good location as it was right opposite the U-Bahn, massive help for us to get around.
Overall very happy we picked the hotel, the staff were helpful behind reception, the room was cleaned each day and we felt safe/ comfortable at all times. The only down side of the whole experience was the room did not have air conditioning. It was a very hot week when we visted in August and it did cause me not to being able to sleep as well. Apart from this, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff

Marketing firm needs to get up to 2017. No working wifi unless you join their hotel group. Will lose many bookings due to this. The staff is wonderful.

Pros: Courteous staff and low price.
Cons: Small gripe having stayed there 4 days coffee sachets weren't replenished so out after 2 days as two was the allowance.

Stayed here before, Value for Money. Previously no bars nearby and frustratingly the hotel bar was closed for refurbishment so down the road they will have a nice new bar I guess. But a new addition is the BRLO brewery 100 meters from the hotel which has it's own restaurant and bier garden with 20 craft ales on draft and bottled. Not open Mondays and mornings though.

Lacking air conditioning- learned that from the small print. Wrongly assumed a known brand would have rooms without air conditioning. Otherwise excellent location.

Excellent service at a comfortable hotel

Pros: The staff and its cleanliness
Cons: Larger, thicker towels ! I hate the thin ones you often find abroad
Location: It was 25 m walk to get to any restaurants...However, the U Bahn was very near so after that we went to Potsdammer Platz (2 stops on Line U2 ) to eat
I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with such obliging and friendly staff. We saw several different breakfast room,receptionists and bar staff and they were all great (but a special mention must go to Philipp the receptionist who booked us in) with his friendly manner and super English. We were offered a choice of room, with pros and cons explained honestly and chose a 3rd floor street facing room, which was very nice, very clean and well equipped. I was surprised to find tea and coffee making facilities (this was a superior room so maybe not in standard rooms). My only problem was we were in Berlin in temperatures up to 30c and although we had the air con on all night it was still very hot because as is often the case the unit was over the door and we were somewhat shielded by the design of the room

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Proximity to train service; tea/coffee making facilities in room; comfortable room.
Location: Very close to transport links to city centre; History of Berlin museum within walking distance.
We stayed in this hotel on a short break to Berlin and found it to be very comfortable. It was also very convenient for getting around the city as it is very close to transport links.

Good location

The Hotel stuff is very friendly and we felt very welcome. We stayed 4 nights and did not spent a lot of time in the room. Overall was the room clean und perfect for us for our short stay.
