Nice to stay,the environment comfortable and convience to shop. The staff nice to communicate with each orher,helpful person.the room price is okey.

Friends getaway

Hotel was not near the beach, but the location was quite centralized as it was in town. Housekeeping was good, but the staff service could have been better as they left pillows lying on the floor even after making up the room. Many restaurants and duty free stores were near the hotel, but very little entertainment was nearby.

Delicious and variety of food

Friendly staff, easy and fast check in, delicious breakfast and lunch. Hotel in-house movies are superb. Room being up graded sea view. Large toilet. Close to shops and cabs. However, room need to be refurbished. Old carpet and smelly. Need major improvements in interiors. Overall rating currently 7/10

Perfect for Duty Free Shopping

Pros: The rooms are very spacious and the wifi is great.
Cons: The set of towels could be changed to newer ones.
Location: This hotel has always been my preferred choice for Kuah, Langkawi due to its close proximity to various duty free shops and restaurants.
Despite the hotel being under renovation, I must say that there was not much of a distraction from the renovation works at the time of my stay. The staff are very courteous and polite including the concierge. Breakfast buffet has good spread and the quality has improved tremendously since my last visit two years ago.

Old run down hotel.

The staff are friendly and accommodating but the hotel is old and run down. They need to pick up the pace of the renovation.

I like the staff attitude, helpful nature and location of the hotel. I will always recommend my friends to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great. Check-in and check-out priceess was very fast and digilen.

Wonderful hotel staffs

Staffs were excellent & room was also good but the electricity wiring of the was terrible! At midnight a sudden spark occurred and the room electricity went out and with another spark electricity came back!!! It was so scary!!!
