This hotel is located in Chinatown area, entrance is facing to the big street so easy to find. Very clean and nice hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Shower sliding door made big nose to open.

A nice hotel with all you need and an outstanding restaurant. A small gym and pool were the reason I chose this place, and it did not disappoint.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were all friendly and very helpful with advice on where to go in the area. The room was cleaned daily and kept in perfect order. I will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional service
Location of the hotel is superb. It is steps away from Petaling street where you can find all kinds of foods. It is walking distance to Merdeka square, Central Market, and best yet to Pasar Seni bus hub where you can ride free shuttle bus to KL Tower and Petronass twin tower. The staff was exceptional. They always greet you and open the door for you. On September 12 in the morning we were leaving for KLIA, we booked a taxi ride the previous day using AirAsia supperapp, for some unknown reason, our booking was cancelled last minute. A very kind lady staff working in the lobby (regrettably we didn't get her name) helped us to get a taxi and even negotiated a very reasonable price for our ride to the airport. We truly appreciate her help. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was good. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice view facing Jalan Tun Cheng Lock. Ample underground parking. Walkable to street dining. Only inconvenience is need to validate the parking ticket each time going out and there is charge of RM10 for parking which is no big deal but just so that you aware. Overall highly recommended.

Ancasa Spa Hotel KL
We always come back to ts hotel bcos of it's convenient location at Chinatown. We hv been staying in ts hotel many years even when it was in their previous old name Impiana. We like it here bcos is easy to get local food fare around ts area and is not too far to walk to Bukit Bintang. Is also easy to catch the shuttle bus at Pudu Sentral to Genting. Our previous visit to Ancasa Hotel was 7 mths ago and ts time we noticed there's been some upgrading done. New elevator and new smart TV (till we need their staff to tell us functions on remote control bcos we are not smart enough to ise it, lol!) Comfort of hotel room is satisfactory. Is compatible to the price we get from Hotel.com. Ts time hotel staff is extremely accomodating in our requests such as main street view, immediate change of bedsheets, quickly sent staff in to help with safe box and TV. The only complain is that their room's safe box is forever not ready to be used. Everytime we got to call and wait for their technician to come to reconfigure before it can be used. Anyway, overall, we are happy with the stay, especially their housekeeping staff who is polite and swift in his job. Ts time we recv a free nite stay from Hotel.com after hvg completed 10 nites bkg thru them over the years. Look fwd to our next free nite again since already hv 5 nites locked in record, good deal!

The toilet had cracks and stain and very dirty. The toilet papers, tea and coffee was not replenished everyday.Staff very rude . We extended our stay and on the last day staff didnt bother asking us or the manager . They just left the room dirty and simply checked us out.
