Location is excellent for shopping. Would be better if more rooms for 3 adults are available. I only manage to get 2 single beds so it's not so comfortable.

If you are looking at doorstep accessibility with your family, shops and can walk conveniently to Pavillion, Fahrenheit, Lot 10 mall, Ansa Hotel KL will be è one 👍👍 at affordable rates & not too small room too. Overall 7/10 from check in till check out.

Great value for Bukit Bintang area. Location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything with mrt just accross the hotel. Excellent service from the staff. Arrived early on a Saturday and they allowed me to check in early and even gave me a room upgrade. I requested for a late check out the next day and they were happy to comply. Very happy with the overall service. Even their house keeping staff greated us with a smile when they saw us. Aircon in room wasn't cold enough though but it was still bearable. Parking on site was limited and tight and a bit dark. Overall very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

I chose this hotel because of location very convenient. I got some problem during my stay about the A/C, even already checked with maintenance but still warm. Not to much facilities provided. The hotel will be awesome if have a swimming pool or bathtub for relaxing in the room and cafe or f&b.

Comfy hotel, great location.
Room 1111 was offered to me as a newly renovated which I accepted despite the high floor. Room was good, but unfortunately the space between the kettle/fridge cabinet and the sharp squared corner of the end of the bed was narrow. I ended up scrapping my calf multiple times, needing precautionary antisepsis. The desk lamp failed and the light above the desk was too dim to work under. The LED strip lighting above the kettle fell off as it was not secured into the recessed edge of the shelf. One of the power point and cover on the kettle cabinet wall was loose and failed. There needed quite a lot of trial and error to work out the multitude of light switches, but the lighting in the amenities area is pleasantly effective. Overall, the room was comfy and on the compact side.

Nice and clean
Definitely not as bad as some reviewers here claim. In our opinion, rather the contrary: no ants and no street noise to be heard during night nor day. If street noise bothers you, it’s safer to ask for a room facing the back lane. The hotel is well designed, with bathroom and toilet separate. From the ventilation system you could hear a rumbling, vibrating noise that became more apparent during night time. Checking in and out was trouble free.

Great location - it is in the heart of everything. The rooms are very nice but the towels are very old. The staff is not there to make you comfortable and happy. They are there to guard the place. Anything we asked the common answer was “No.”. I think they are trying to cut costs by saying “No” to everything. I would stay her again because the location is great and just not expect anything from the staff.

the hotel is in a great location very close to everything you need, transport, food, shopping, markets, free bus service, trams, trains. The room set up could be improved as the shower and toilet are right next to the bed so you can hear and smell everything that is going on. This is the same with the sink so there is no privacy.

Missing item
Booked for 5 nights. 1st night, construction literally next door went on till 2:30am. Not able to have a good night’s rest. Request to change room . On 3rd morning, after leaving room for lunch and back within 2 hours, my wireless earpiece disappeared. During that period only housekeeper and subsequent supervisor entered the room. Report missing item IMMEDIATELY when I returned. I had left the earpiece in the room for the last 2 days without problem. In the end, the management felt they trusted their staff and propose I could make a report with the tourist police. Comments like : if ppl want to take, they will take more expensive thing. Maybe not, becos it will be immediate police case. This is petty theft. Housekeeper spent close to 20 mins ( based on their report) in the room, but toilet bowl was not cleaned, toilet roll was missing and tissue box was left with 2 sheets. I had to call front desk to replenished .Supervisor was supposed to check that all is in order after housekeeping. Will not choose to stay here .

Love the location as it is very convenient. However there is generally a lack of amenities. There are no swimming pool etc. The room was generally clean but there are a number of ants. I got a room where some of the toilet and bathroom equipments are dropping off...

The property was in a very strategic position in Bukit Bintang. Very convenient to Shopping center and MRT station. Rooms were not sound proof enough so could hear a lot of noise from the streets even from the 9th floor.

Hotel can do better in terms of cleanliness but the location of the hotel is excellent. Good enough that I will come back for another stay!
