Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

Pros: very friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: only issue i had and no reflection on the hotel is the road system made it difficult for taxi's to get to the enterance.
Location: Lots of malls and places to eat both local and western the Petronas Towers are a must see along with brightly coloured water fountain show nearby.
Nice hotel situated within walking distance to a lot of the city, beautiful city with a good mix of old world and new, will be returning at some point in the future.

Got bed bugs. Room noisy when next door open door to their room. Location is fantastic, moving around is very convenient

The location is great, just 3 minutes walk to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court where you can get all the famous hawkers food under one roof. Typically central to all things including shopping and within walking distance to Pavillion.

Great location, Friendly Staffs

We got a room with no view. Everything was great, only the wifi connection. The connection in the room was slow, and it kept getting disconnected.

Convenience for short term stays

Convenience for short time stay. Rooms are good, staffs are good overall. Even though I I saw little bugs but I think it's so common in Malaysia :-)

Have stayed before and always had a good impression but recently with found that once the staff is face with full booking situations, everything is compromise. Service was poor and inflexible, advance room request for type of bed was not fulfil, room carpet was wet and shower heater was broken. Had 3 rooms and requested for late check out for one of the rooms was denied even when the following day was a Monday.
