A hotel with a five star service!

Posted Sep 23, 2016
This is our first time staying in Sheraton Imperial. Usually we wiĺl stay in hotels around Bukit Bintang during our annual visit to KL. Sheraton Imperial did not disappoint...from front office to concierge to housekeeping, impeccable service with a SMILE. The room is big, has an excellent view of KL tower, with cupboards hidden in a storeroom area with a door..all our luggages were hidden neatly behind closed door...the bathroom displayed class with gold trimmings and mirrors were in abundance making the bathroom appeared huge and bright. All cups and saucers kept neatly in a glass cabinet! The wooden fixtures around the lobby area add class to the surrounding area. We will definitely return to Sheraton Imperial for our next visit to KL.

The room seems old. And the staff shows she doesn't wanna help me. I ordered a hair dryer from her, it took 4hrs to come!

Large rooms and good service

Posted Sep 23, 2016
I'm an SPG member and booked a club room. Visiting KL was part of my honeymoon. Check in and check out were exceptionally quick procedures. The hotel was kind enough to give us a welcome gift in our room of some delicious cakes and chocolates with a message saying "Happy Honeymoon". We were on the 37th floor (building is 38 floors high) but I was disappointed that the view from the room was nothing great. I would have thought that as an SPG member staying in a club room I would have been given a room with a view of the Petronas Towers. If I knew I'd get a room with not much of a view, I would have downgraded and taken a KL Tower view room. Rooms are a bit old now, but the sheer size of the rooms and quality of furniture, beds, etc makes up for the old age. Breakfast spread was good, I think the South Indian food could be improved (i.e. include dosa, idli, etc). I liked that they kept alot of local malay food during breakfast as well. They serve fresh fruit juices, which is a plus. We also enjoyed shisha by the pool. Shisha was made very well and the coal they use is of very good quality, it didn't burn out quickly and we enjoyed the shisha for a long time whilst enjoying the sunset. Location was good as well. Everything was maximum 20 minutes away by cab. We used Uber throughout our stay there. All in all, this was a good hotel to stay in.

便利なホテル

Posted Sep 13, 2016

Perfect city centre hotel

Quiet city centre hotel, not far from all of kl's attractions. Nice places to eat in and around the hotel too

Excellent

Excellent hotel, walking distance to monorail n mall just opposite main road. Spacious room n king size bed. Easy access to eateries n shopping around KL. Quiet n not too crowded as in Bukit Bintang, Pavillion or Berjaya Times Square. Definitely will stay at Sheraton Imperial whenever in KL.

Cheap but for a reason. The Faulty Towers of KL

Posted Sep 8, 2016
Wow where to begin. Given the price for a one bedroom suite the room was as expected- in short dated. But that along with the crumbling pool, dirty massage tables with rips that are only covered by a thin sheet are not the reason for my suvh poor review. The constant mistakes that just keep coming are enough to drive you mad. I was travelling with my 1 year old so we had room service most evenings. But let's start with the breakfast... good from far but far from good springs to mind. The pancakes disgusting. The chicken sausage raw in the centre (only a vapid stare when I returned them), having to argue with the member of staff to cut more fresh watermelon for my daughter 45 mins before close of service. Running out of bananas at 7am... stale cereal, the list goes on alas. Room service... actually one of the stronger points except my order would be correct 1 in 5 times at best. Order 3 of something get 1... order 1 of something get none.... but always charged for the order of course!! Forget getting butter to go on your bread with your soup or even salt and pepper for that matter. Although as the bread was stale 50% of the time it only mattered every second night!! Requests to speak to the manager ignored... even after protests on twitter and promised by SPG that they would be in touch... still waiting actually! I had items dropped to the hotel which my driver had to argue to have sent to my room. Hotel keys stop working days on the trot. Then when issued new on

Hotel con innumerables detalles para hacer confortable la estancia en el hotel y la ciudad, facilitando incluso los servicios de la ciudad que no corresponden al hotel.

Good hotel, fair service

Posted Sep 5, 2016
Pros: Friendly staff, larger rooms
Cons: Food
Location: almost center of the city, opposite to a large shopping center, monorail station and minutes from the triangle, very convenient location
Felt that the stay was pleasant, there were some things that bothered me, especially the maintenance of the property
