Kenny still waiting for you at Lobby to assist you with d check in. Even He had explained to you patiently abt d policy of Rm300 deposit. You are d one who scolded him repeatedly in front of your family. Kenny left no options but only tried to calm you down. After few attempts of explaination & even giving you other option, you insisted dat you are not interested to check in anymore. Pls be honest when you tell your story timeline. Kenny had Shown enough professionalism upon your late night check in. We deserved a better attitude from you.
