Great staff, excellent lobby, aging interior

Great location (walk to Chinatown, Jalan Alor food alley, and shopping at Sungei Plaza.) Downside: room interior was showing age, and restaurant staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.

The room floor is a bit dirty.

I am happy that the hotel is able to provide the baby cot. The down side is... need to pay the parking.

Location very near interest places for shopping , food places. Family room very comfortable for families stay.

Great Service

Pros: friendly staff
Location: Chinatown shopping, F&B outlets just round the corner.
Staff were very obliging and fast. although hotel is definitely not the "BEST", but the staff all but makes up for it by being really friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating.

Why is this hotel rates 4 star?

Disappointed. The hotel is dated ... 4 star is a joke. My room floor was worn-out. The carpet looked dirty, it was stained. The bathroom, nothing much to say. No 24 hrs room service. Room service starts at 11.00 am and ends at 10.00 pm, no breakfast in room. The hotel claims to have Spa. The spa has been closed and the hotel has no plans to restart the spa. Hiwever, every hotel aggregator states that the hotel has spa. I fealt very cheated, I will not stay at Swiss Garden again, not will I use Expedia. As expedia doesn't verify the truthness of its content.

Breakfast is really bored. Everyday the same food tt being served. Not delicious at all. Shud change breakfast menu everyday. Other than tt hotel stayed was much pretty good.

Location: Location was good close to public transport and shops accross the road
Fantastic position close enough to everything, room was big enough a little bit dated but was good for the price, breakfast was nothing special but overall the hotel was pretty good

Good localization

Pros: The local of the hotel this close to the movement areas, but away from the noise of them. The Lobby is very large and pleasant. The hotel's restaurants have an affordable price.
Cons: The information on the site which shows one pool that is different as you see in the hotel. The hotel pool is small and not pleasant . The breakfast, which is repetitive and have little option for the who's western eat.
