Loved the Ritz Carlton. Service was top notch, and hotel was just beautiful. Two large malls were about a 6 minute walk. Petronas towers and Batu caves were easy to get to via Grab. Would love to return to KL and stay here again ❤️

The hotel was conveniently located within walkable distance to various major malls in the city centre. Staff service was excellent. The only issue we had was hearing street noise coming from hell racers at night.

The property is overall nice and I like the neutral color of the room. The only thing is the room's carpet needs some updating. Fitness center does not have a rowing machine and the air is a bit chilly. But have to comment on their excellent staff and service. Met a few of their wonderful staff such as Siva, Tarikula who made the juice during breakfast and Stephanie. All of them made my stay so unforgettable!
