    The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and offer good tips for getting around. The Chinese cleaner always ask us whether we want to clean our room, which is quite rare for budget hotels like this. Television in the room only show 3 local channels so is a bit boring.

      Do you want to live with roaches?

      In one room, I saw roaches especially in the restroom. Though I didn't see bed bugs, I believe the red dots on my ankle were their bites. I changed to another room. Again, I saw roaches. I told manager about that. He assigned someone to do "treatment." After the treatment, I still saw roaches running around. It's hopeless as long as there are gaps and holes in edges and corners of walls. The first room even had tiny flying and crawling bugs.

      Rude and disrespectful front desk personnel.

      Never checked in because the room that I booked wasn't available. I was rudely informed of this. I then called expedia and I fortunately got a refund although it was a non-refundable booking. Thanks to expedia.
