Room condition too dirty. Sand is everywhere. Too much of mosquito. Freezer inside the cabinet cannot be use. No pipe for toilet except on sink. Difficult for you to wash your leg since sand every on floor.

Close to beach but could improve on cleanliness

Posted Apr 11, 2017
Pros: The beach
Cons: Cleanliness. Politeness of the staff. The staff look lifeless and they just walk around doing nothing.
Location: Location is good and we were going to stay 2 nights but just left after one day so could not really check on activities.
outside of the hotel is very nice but room is outdated. Room not clean and staff not very helpful.

Nice pool & beach yet still need many improvement

Posted Mar 30, 2017
Pros: Location near the beach and have well maintained pool suitable for children to play. Beaches quite nice and almost clean.
Cons: The decorations & interior design still look likes in the 90's maybe the Resort still living in the past glory really seriously need to improvement.
Location: Near the beaches along the Kemaman road (Jalan Kemaman) at the East coast. Have turtle sanctuary, night tour for fireflies and rides ATV
Good location with nice pools and just beside the beaches. Suitable for children who like playing in the pool or to stroll along the beach. At night you can go nearby many seafood restaurants for dinner, but the prices quite expensive. Maybe due to the Cherating areas famous for tourists attraction at the East coast, and Visit Pahang Year 2017 programmes by the State Goverment. We booked 2-rooms with 1-extra bed, as we went with 2-families. However the beds very uncomfortable to sleep. Some of us having itchy back and legs. Maybe due to bed lining or the sheet. The decorations and interior design still look likes you living in the 90's. Maybe the Resort still living in the past glory. They really seriously need to consider total refurbished of the interior, rooms and facilities to keep up with the wants and needs of the current generations of visitors and to compete with newly established hotel/ resorts especially if they want to compete with hotels/ resort around the West coast.
