Amazing stay
We visited the Kaiser in January 2020 for the ski trip with kids. From the first moment we entered the hotel we were impressed by the interior, ambience and the size of the property. The check in process went very smoothly, we got a nice room, big enough to meet all our needs, it had a balcony and very nice amenities, including a modern bath and a separate toilet room. The room also had a safe deposit box and a small fridge. The beds were big enough with extremely comfortable pillows and blankets. The mattress could have been a little bit more comfy but we were so tired after a day of skiing that it didnt bother us that much. The kids used the kids play room, including a table tennis and pool games. The spa is very modern and in a superb condition. Its not the biggest or the most luxurious you will see but it definitely was a lot above the average. The food at the restaurant was also very very tasty with good variety from vegetables, meats, sweets and drinks. Overall our stay was amazing with plenty of great memories and that’s the only thing you need from your vacation.

Nice hotel and perfect for families
Clean and fresh rooms with a lot of space. Very good buffet. The pool outside is very cold but the one inside is heated and the kids could swim there for ages.

Bon endroit pour les petits
Hôtel parfait pour les enfants - Kids Club, chèvres et poules, jardin potager, plusieurs aires pour les petits, deux piscines et même un mini spa pour eux - bref, le paradis des petits. L’endroit est remarcable aussi en hiver et à l’été. Cela décharge aussi les parents. Le principal bémol, est la literie - matelas trop mous et déformés. Oreillers à changer aussi (de plumes mais très souples). Côté nourriture, très correcte. Pas trop de choix, mais qualitatif et toujours avec des options « healthy ». Ils font des petits déjeuners et dîners à table et assez consistants. À midi vous aurez un buffet réduit mais complet. Dernier deux choses à savoir: - Si vous changez votre rdv spa avant les 24h il vous sera facturé dans sa totalité sans préavis. Cependant, si eux ils l’annulent… ben, rien. - Comme souvent dans la région, on parle allemand, parfois quelques mots de néerlandais et - un peu - d’anglais. Mais souvent les panneaux ne sont que en allemand (et ne pas en anglais). Conclusion: n’hésitez pas si vous avez des enfants et que vous connaissez un peu les différences entre la France et l’Autriche en matière d’hôtellerie.

Tolles Hotel für kinder, super Spielmöglichkeiten innen u außen. Die kidsbetreuung ist super. Das Abendessen ist hervorragend. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht optimal, aber ansonsten ist das Hotel sauber u gepflegt. Wir Könnens nur weiterempfehlen!!!!!

Vacanza con tutti i confort
Hotel davvero per famiglie: ampia area giochi esterna e interna, cinema, piscina per bambini, possibilità di noleggio bici. Un autobus gratuito permette di raggiungere i laghi più vicini: per i bambini è stupendo il lago di Going. Pasti vari e ben cucinati (cucina tipica). Parlano inglese. Unica pecca (forse solo per noi italiani) è l’orario della cena dalle 18 alle 20 comunque giustificato dalle ore di luce per sfruttare l’area giochi esterna e le visioni di cartoni animati al cinema (ci sono sempre 3 visioni: una verso le 17, poi 19,30 e 21). Tutto ciò che abbiamo richiesto ce lo hanno fornito. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Molto materiale informativo per i turisti. Per la prima volta posso dire che ritornerei sicuramente qui a fare una vacanza. Ci siamo fermati 4 notti ma avremmo potuto farne il doppio e non ci saremmo annoiati.

Kinderen (6 en 11jaar) hadden de tijd van hun leven. Wij een mooie mix van stille goede nachtrust met de ramen open, smaakvol eten, rust en mogelijkheid tot genoeg prikkels qua activiteiten in en rond het hotel.

Great family hotel
We stayed five nights with all inclusive. The food was really tasty! High quality and very fresh buffet. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was warm so they could bath for ages. The outdoor pool was cold and not a big hit. But they are expanding and hopefully the new bigger pool will be warmer for next summer. The family room was big and clean with a small refrigerator. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will come back.

Super schönes gehobenes Hotel
Waren hier mit 2 Kinder ( 2 und 5 ). Hotel und Ausstattung alles spitze, aber am besten war das Abendessen. Haben selten so ein gutes Buffet im Urlaub gehabt. Absolut der Knaller war das Silvester Buffet. Das war mit Abstand das Beste und einfallsreichste Buffet das ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Das einzigste was mich etwas gestört hat, ist das hier bei Expedia das Hotel mit All Invlusive verkauft wird und im Hotel wird es als Halppension angeboten. Es gab Getränke nur zum Abendessen von 18-20:30 Uhr. Das ist für mich kein All Inclusive. Hier wird man meiner Meinung nach etwas geblendet. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat es mich nicht so gestört. Rest hat alles gepasst und den Kindern und uns hat es gefallen

Perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wir waren als Familie (Kind 6 Jahre) Anfang Juni 2015 bereits zum zweiten Mal Gast im Hotel Kaiser. wie auch im letzten Jahr hatten wir dort einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Gerade für Familien bietet dieses Hotel einen hervorragenden Service und ist durch seine tolle zentrale Lage ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Bergtouren. Dieses 4 Sterne Haus verfügt über eine tolle Saunalandschaft sowie einen Indoor und Outdoorpool sowie ein sehr vielseitig Ausgestattes Fitnessareal für die großen Gäaste und für die kleinen Gäste ein tolles Betreuungsangebot im Miniclub. Der wundervolle Kaiserblick sowie eine hervorragende Küche runden unseren sehr posoitven und nachhaltigen Eindruck ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns im Hotel Kaiser wie zuhause gefühlt. Top Service, top Verpflegung, angenehme Atmosphäre in allen Bereichen, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der wunderbare Wellnessbereich, das neue Fitnessstudio - es war alles vom Feinsten. Ok övernattningshotel
Mkt dåligt med wifi till endast en enhet per rum. Ingen möjlighet att kontakta receptionen på kvällstid (ej på plats, svarade ej i telefon). Blev ej informerade vid incheckning att wifi:n endast gällde en enhet per gång. Frågade hur länge buffén pågick och fick till svar att det gick att komma fram till 19.50, då skulle det gå att äta mat. Förrätt och huvudrätt blev dock bortplockade medan vi åt, så vi kunde inte äta klart. Känns lite trist eftersom vi frågade enkom för att inte bomma detta. De ordande dock med en liten kaka och bär med ljus till min sambo som fyllde jämt. Bubbelpoolen fungerade inte så bra och barnens spa hade kall bastu. Våningssång i rum kändes lite rackig och det lär väldigt mycket från ventilationen på toaletten.

Fantastisk miniferie
Dette hotellet er virkelig verdt et besøk. Det er masse aktiviteter både på hotellet, men ikke minst i området. Vi storkoste oss og det samme gjorde barna våre på 4 og 10 år. Den eneste ulempen var at det pågikk byggearbeid rett utenfor verandaen vår og vi ble derfor litt forstyrret litt. Men, dette har absolutt ingenting med hotellet å gjøre. Personalet var syperhyggelig og maten alledeles nydelig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!!

Die Abendmenüs sind variationsreich und von sehr hoher Qualität, besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass Hausweine, Bier und nicht-alkoholische Getränke beim Abendessen inklusive sind. Der Service ist von exzellenter Qualität, der Saunabereich sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet.
