It was a great hotel with the biggest onsen in Kumamoto. Compared to the price, the service was great.

Great onsen and dinner, but a bit pricey
We stayed in a corner room and got included dinner. The hotel is a bit of a mix between a Japanese western style with beds, and ryokan style. The hotel is for folks who want to use the onsen and eat nice dinners. It's not worth it otherwise. The room quality was ok. It was Japanese western style with a tatami area. The bathroom is a unit bath style which isn't good. Generally you wouldn't use it to take showers as you would use the onsen shower areas. We got a large corner room and included dinner which was excellent. I recommend getting a medium size room and get the plan with dinner included.

Relaxing comfortable hotel
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We chose the Japanese-western room which was spacious relaxing and offered the best of both. The delicious breakfast buffet and Japanese dinner were a treat.

舊式的溫泉旅館，喜歡泡溫泉的可以考慮！ 我們入住飯店時幾乎都是本國的遊客前往，男女浴場分開、泉質感覺很不錯！ 除了交通需要有方式前往之外、其他都覺得很不錯！

可以一試，但沒有下次
早餐安排很差，早餐的地方很細，需要坐到餐廳外面進食；我們入住榻榻米房間，但沒有鋪床服務，需要自己安排；附近食肆選擇不多，要開車到很遠的地方才有餐廳；溫泉不錯，但是天花板滴水，有點騷擾

日本最差溫泉酒店
中伏了！設施殘舊，全無服務可言。訂住宿八樓高級樓層但入住手續完畢後只給予房匙，並沒有給予一般温泉酒店服務指引。 入住2晚包早晚餐， 食物水平差勁， 上菜速度極快。酒店十時退房， 提早要求11時退房並獲確認， 但退房時追加一小時房租。 幾經糾纏後獲括免！

房間可以望到整個菊南市，可以見到日出日落，十分漂亮。揸車到donki只需5分鐘車程。晚餐的懷石料理有馬肉刺身，外國人未必喜歡。

Totally 5 stars!
Totally comfortable hot spring hotel! It has hot spring bath inside of each room, and the big one in same site. Staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I recommend using car or tram near by. They have a nice small gift shop with traditional craft items.

隣接の施設は良かったです。ただ周辺に何もありません。コンビニへも歩いて結構あります。 飲食店もほとんどありませんので、ホテル内での食事がいいかもです。
