Badrummet var stort och modernt och köket var modernt, fullt utrustat och praktiskt. Bussar går ofta precis utanför byggnaden, så det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna. ”

"When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it. But in the end, no one never comes to my room！"
