Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very basic but have all you need. Shower pressure not so good as shower head settings options aren’t the best. Pool is great, food at restaurant is really good. Secure gated parking, which is necessary as crime on stolen cars is high in the area.

Avoid if possible especially during weekends.
I don't usually give bad feedback, but after our stay, I promised to do so to warn others. Booking this place was a big mistake. We took it as there was not much choice due to a (one week long) festival in Kununurra. The hotel has an integrated pub, where they play loud music till late. There is no chance that you will fall asleep before 11 pm. Pretty much all rooms are affected. They don't provide any information about that on their website. We were double unlucky as the other night the hotel organised a karaoke night, which was even louder! It started at 8 pm and finished at half past midnight. It took another half an hour before happy, cheerfully singing patrons went home. In addition, the walls between rooms are thin, and you can hear people next door talking. The rooms are very outdated, and the equipment is well worn out. Our experience there was a disaster!

I was disappointed in my single room (perhaps I drew a short straw). There was no hot water, TV didn't work, no WIFI (as in all rooms I understand), No where to hang my clothes, no bedside table, no bedside light.

Front office staff not that friendly. Room very dated and run down. Meal shocking. Served cold and salad a wilted piece of rubbish. Asked to sit to one side as bus tours in but so crowded nowhere really to sit and eat a meal Not a hot shower in the am - Luke warm at best. This property needs to lift its game. Won’t return and don’t advise to stay.
