Small refrigerator did not work well. Daytime Manager was very helpful and understood English very well. He was excellent.

Wonderful boutique hotel right across from the beach, air conditioned, friendly and fast check in, clean and spacious room which was reasonably quite, in a great area. Highly recommend, great value for the money.

Very clean and cozy.
We stayed 4 nights with 3 room - 2 single and 1 double. The room is very clean and cozy. It is very well-located. There are many restaurants available nearby. Staff are very friendly too. Only downside is that the bed is too soft.

Great view of the port
Great visit. We got a surprise room upgrade, which was lovely. Definitely pay for the Sea View rooms, as the back of the hotel faces a rather ugly parking lot. That said, parking is easy and cheap (60 TL/day). Breakfast was substantial with lots of healthy options. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived . reception person was not that helpful we had to find our own room.it was not the same as brochure.he would not change our room do we had to check out .so all and all we did not get to experience a lot of the hotel waste of our money.sorry to say would not recommend it

I’ll never live in this hotel again .
I stayed three nights in this hotel , when I arrived no person came with me to receive my room , no Free water in the room, the room was very small and the shower looks like small refrigerator, but on the next day I found an insect dead on my bed, when I was angry for that the reception agreed to change my room with another room bigger, more clean and sea view , so I was so happy and felt comfortable.

It took us three hours to check in apart from that it was a decent hotel. I partly blame hotels.com for not sending our booking confirmation to the hotel which delayed Our check in.

Very good hotel on sea front. Staff were very helpful The location was perfect if you are using public transport but they also have parking facilities. Nice breakfast over looking the sea. Will definitely stay here again. l

Central.
Staff are extremely polite and accomadating. Nice reception area. Central area good position for all aspects of your visit The breakfast was very nice and the view from the veranda was excellent. The only down for us was you could smell smoke throughout the hotel.

Nice hotel but...
Booked through Expedia and was told basic room. Ok - I've stayed in a few basic rooms in Kusadasi but this one was tiny with hardly any hanging space and just three hangers! Not happy. Asked for upgrade which cost an extra £330 + . I could have gone to their sister hotel which has more facilities for the price I paid. Upgrade was lovely but only two small mirrors, bathroom & dressing table, and very dull lighting which was frustrating. I have always stayed at Derici hotel and their rooms have balconies. Derici for me next time.

A perfect place to stay. This hotel is in a perfect location with a view of the sea, many restaurants and Bars close by. The neighbourhood comes alive at night, so it is a little noisy, but not enough to keep us awake. The hotel is close enough to old city part and 10 minutes from the Bazar. Our Room was very big, clean and comfort with ocean view. Breakfast was great and various and is situated on the top of the building (Terrace) with ocean view.

Great location, great staff
Ilayda is in a fantastic location, with a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to a swimming area. It is within walking distance of the main street, old town, and the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The staff were fantastic! The front desk staff were so helpful and lovely, and the waiters in the restaurant were also friendly. They all helped to make my stay comfortable and pleasant, and were the highlight of the stay.

Great little hotel ideal for a short stay, restaurant on the ground floor is brilliant and the breakfast on the top floor is superb with lovely views across the bay - overall a very enjoyable stay.

Shuttle issues, otherwise great place.
This hotel is in a perfect location with a view of the sea, many restaurants and beaches close by. The neighbourhood comes alive at night, so it is a little noisy, but not enough to keep us awake. Our only complaints were that our bed did not have a top sheet. After I called to get one housekeeping brought one that was very damp. I also had emailed to request an airport shuttle and thought that it had been arranged. The email said that a seat had been reserved and someone would meet us inside the airport. No one was there to meet us. Since the hotel is about an hour from Izmir airport it was a hassle at 11:00 pm. We ended up finding a last-minute travel agent that put us on a shuttle where there was another woman with a similar experience. That shuttle was the same cost as what had been discussed in the email.
