Easy to walk to both sides of the marina . Many coffee shops , restaurants , etc. breakfast was included . There is a buffet for dinner that is very good and affordable . Staff were very nice and helpful.

All Staff were kind, helpful, friendly , and very patient with our many questions ! housekeeping was efficient , on time , and made my room very comfortable! Your breakfast buffet is amazing, with delicious variety! Thank you! The gorgeous view adds to the ambiance plus makes me so relaxed! Staying at IIyada Avantgarde Hotel in Kusadasi was a grand experience ❣️I’ll be back and spread the word 😉

Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Only comment is that the kitchen closes at 9:30pm and the bar closes at 11:30pm, as we arrived later in the evening grabbing a bite while at the pool would have been perfect.

It was quite alright, nice pool, tasty breakfast options and view from lounge area, but one night they had some issues with smoke detectors and all of them started buzzing while we were sleeping, and the wifi is not that good...

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped in working with the airline so I could retrieve a lost bag. Breakfast and rooftop bar were amazing. Bed and pillows were harder than I’m used to but that is just personal choice.

The room smelled like cigarettes smoking and it was very noisy from people speaking and laughing until 5 AM. There is no AC in the room, it got very hot.

Did not like the mattress & pillow. Also extremely limited non Turkish channels on TV. Bathroom is quite small. I think for the price paid or even much less there where much better hotels. I spent only 3 nights in the hotel & moved to another for the rest of the 10 days I paid for.

We had two rooms booked for a single night. A sea view double and a city view triple. Check-in was smooth, staff were polite and rooms were clean and of a good standard. Location is excellent and close to many restaurants, which makes up for the lack of dining options within the hotel itself. Staff recommendations for local restaurants were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and much better than some other hotel chains we stayed at. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Modern hotel in the midst of everything
Fun hotel in the midst of the everything. We had a sea view and it was gorgeous to wake up to the waves crashing. Best turkish breakfast spread we had all trip, on a lovely rooftop restaurant with even better views. Walking distance from all the nightlife, restaurant etc. Definitely recommend and would stay again. There was music / sounds from outside till late night (we knew this would be a the case and it didn't bother us).

The property location is great. Close to shopping, restaurant and all happening. The only negative part is the loud music playing at night till 1am.

Property was nice. Roof top pool and food there was excellent. There is a night club playing live music until 1am every night so it was impossible to sleep. We had long touring days during the day so it wasn't a good place for us to rest at night. Great for people wanting to party all night.

It was clean and beautiful place, everybody polite there. and the location is close to all good areas. all equipment and facilities were good include the rooftop swimming pool. the only thing that can be improved is the facilities inside the rooms. hair dryer was not so good. there was no extra glasses/cups and cutlery in the room.
