"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room. Pillows are traditional Japanese style (small and somewhat hard) so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer a larger and softer pillow. "The breakfast included was fresh and filling with local foods included. They still took time to best explain everything even with the language barrier. The staff was helpful and from the private onsen to the room, everything was very clean. Very close to the town center without the possible noise and foot traffic if it was any closer. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family."
