Enorme diferencia con el mismo hotel en Bangkok
Un día antes había reservado por primera vez en esta cadena de hoteles, me quede en Bangkok lo cual fue una excelente opción, y por eso decidimos buscar lo mismo para Bali sin embargo la habitación estaba descuidada ( pintura sucia, regadera con sarro, habitación mucho más pequeña, toallas percudidas es decir supongo limpias pero viejas ya color gris, mala señal en la tv,etc) sin embargo el servicio de los empleados bueno al hacer check out había olvidado una bolsa de mano y mi cartera con dinero y me lo entregaron intacto así que como sugerencia inviertan en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones para que no haya una comparación negativa enorme con los demás hoteles de la misma marca y estilo, ya que si fue decepcionante.

El hotel en general correcto, alrededor tiene buenos sitios para comer pero si lo que quieres es ir a seminayak es un tanto incómodo debido al tráfico.

Exelente hotel. A estrenar! Las habitaciones son muy lindas como todas las intalaciones del hotel. La pileta aun no estaba inaugurada pero se veia buenisima. El desayuno super completo!

Hotel nuevo muy recomendable! El desayuno muy bueno y la atencion exelente. Hotel recien inaugurado , la pileta aun no estaba lista pero parecia buenisima!

The hotel is located near supermarkets and cafes and is a $2 Gojek to the beach and most of the attractions in Seminyak. I loved the Kids Club - unmanned but full of toys, as well as the pool and gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room feels slightly old - aircon doesn't adjust well and the flush pump was occasionally weak, but we still enjoyed our stay. Very value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet was good (eg., eggs made to order) and had menu changes each day so you won’t get bored if you stay for multiple days. There was a large range of international channels on the TV. The pool and small gym were adequate. I would be happy to stay again at this hotel if I’m in the area in the future.

Staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was okay and the pool was kept clean. For some reason when you turned on the shower it stinks for the first few moments not sure why that is, the ventilation in the room was not good either and everything felt damp. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music sometimes until 1am. All in all the stay was okay but might need some updates.

The AC Is turned off at the lobby at night and it gets very warm and uncomfortable. Also, having the option to get extra dry towels would-be nice. The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel is very convenient.

Every day we had to ask for toilet paper, towels, some staff were really good, others were just rude. The manager was rude when we asked about a promotion they had. The dinning room was always empty at night. There were no deals or any incentive to dine in the restaurant, we ordered spring rolls for lunch one day and waited 40mins. I got a finder mail size tattoo stain from my tattoo I got and they charged me $45 for a sheet, pillow and a doona cover. I told them I will get the sheet washed and get the stain out and they said no $45. So I paid it and took them home with me when I left. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are much nicer pleases in Seminyak.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with a double bed and a sofa bed. Great room, very spacious. Bathroom was very big with double sink. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to hang wet stuffs (swimsuit, etc). No retractable clotheline in the bathroom. We ended up hanging wet stuffs in the wardrobe. Also, internet was terrible. We got cut off all the time. The only time that internet was working fine was in the morning. Made it difficult to book things online

Great value hotel
We booked for an overnight stay as our flight arrived in Bali late at night. This hotel was better than we expected. It was clean, comfortable and very well priced. Was perfect for what we wanted. We didnt have time to use the pool or other facilities, but they looked quite good!
