The Kuwait Marriott was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel, exceptional buffet restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Ok so the place wasn’t perfect, the windows were exceptionally dirty, maybe just the nature of Middle East cities. Meh, we would heartily recommend.

Excellent Hotel
Always choose this hotel for business travel to Kuwait. Complimentary hotel transfer to and from the airport is excellent. Hotel service is second to none and rooms are very tidy and clean. You even get good sports channels in room to keep up with the games going on back home!

Good Business Hotel, with a fantastic staff.
Fantastic Friendly, Helpful and Courteous Staff, Excellent location for a business trip. Free and friendly airport transport both ways. Hotel is a little aged, needs modernization, otherwise Clean and comfortable.

It is in the middle of the city, which is perfect. Staff are good. Everything went fine except with the bed and pillows, they weren’t comfortable at all. It is just not a Marriott standard bedding.

The property was conveniently located in a central area. The staff is very friendly. The mall attached to the property is not very exciting.

Great hotel in Kuwait - Very Central
Check-in staff and the entire experience was perfect. They make you feel so welcome. The food in the Indian restaurant was fantastic, the waiters were so friendly and so was Syed the chef.

Great service, be careful of room selection.
I was firstly put in a room where anyone walking from the swimming pool could look directly in my room from less than a meter away. The windows were not even tinted. I couldn't even get changed without people being able to see me. I requested a room change and this was dealt with swiftly, the service was great. I am just shocked a room like this even exists in a Marriott, let alone that I paid extra for a business room. If the hotel was full I would of requested a refund on the spot and moved hotels.

Quite poor
The most basic hotel room at a premium price. The hotel is quite old. Horrible breakfast buffet. How can you get an omelette wrong!!!!

i have stayed at this hotel many times. Check in was good, room is decent size, good bathroom, good bed. However, when I walked into the room it was set at 4C - it was so cold, that i could see my breath. It was late and I was too tired to change room, so I turned up the heating to full blast and then after about 30 mins, the room temperature normalised. Crazy given that it was 40-50C outside. Aside from this it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is excellent and WIFI is good. One of the phones in my room was not working and I would prefer more English speaking channels on the TV. All in all, this is a good option for someone wanting to stay in this area.

Best hotel in Kuwait so far!
My family and I enjoyed three amazing nights at this beautifully designed hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy and the breakfast buffet was well selected and filled with healthy food that we enjoyed the most compared to the common buffet in every other hotel. The hotel is located at a shopping center which was very convenient for our arrival and departure. Moreover, the hotel is almost a 15 minutes deive from every major attraction in Kuwait city which is a big plus to any visitor. We stayed at more expensive hotels located directly at the beach and we did not enjoy them as much as we loved this place so we will definately be back very soon.
