Dear Mr. Ahmed ,
I do apologize that your stay was not satisfactory and we all respect and understand your feelings.
As it was explained during our meeting with your wife our meeting, please note that we did a full investigation and checked our CCTV , locks reading, ...and found nothing to prove that anyone stole your wife's belonging. Or any wrong doing from any hotel employee.
I do understand that it may not be the answer you are expecting and do apologize for this.
