Excellent business hotel

Pros: Location. Staff. Parking. Restaurant and cafe.
Cons: Bed comfort
Location: Right by Alhamra building which is in the heart of Kuwait city next to a luxurious mall.
The facility is new with all the necessary amenities for the business traveler. The restaurant and cafe are superb. the Staff is super friendly. Easy by the entrance parking. Located in the center of the business district. The only issue is that the rooms are super small and the bed is not very cofortable.

Nice business hotel

Excellent location. New hotel with nice cafe and restaurant. Small rooms and bathrooms but clean and well maintained.

Internet doesn't work and too much dust

The room was smell very bad and the toilet was very noisy because of the fan. There were not at least a paper to take note and there were not sleepers.

OK for a very short stay

Very small room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Area surrounding was not great. Just an average place which was reflected in the price

Easily accessible, in the middle of Kuwait City

Pros: Staff above all
Location: I was there for work, so did not really have time to go around, but close to Salmiya where there is a nice beach to go at the end of the day!
Staff is great, always willing to help. Don't miss the breakfast, as it is very nice. Rooms clean an quiet with good air conditioning. I was in a room on the last floor, view is pretty amazing.

As it was explained during our meeting with your wife our meeting, please note that we did a full investigation and checked our CCTV , locks reading, ...and found nothing to prove that anyone stole your wife's belonging.
