السلام عليكم الأقامة ماتشجع في هذا المنتجع من الأستقبال الموظفين من الغمالة المصريه ثقال الدم ماعندهم احترام وحسن معاملة مع النزيل والغرف الديكورات من العصر الحجري وجدران الممرات للغرف والشاليهات متشققة ويبي ليها اعادة صبغ !!!انصح الجميع بعدم النزول فيه الأ لم الأدارة تعبد ترميمة وتغير ديكواته ... والسلام عليكم

Pros: It's location on the sea.
Cons: Breakfast, replacement of staff with professional communicator regardless of nationalities.
Location: Impove breakfast, it doesn't fit with the advertisement said. Needs to replace the Counter staff (receiption) with highly trained
Provocative communicators, they upset visitors without knowing they have done so. Money is their ultimate objective while customer is willing to pay but he/she does not pay comfortably. They induce visitors to get mad because of their irresponsible behaviors.

The resort was so homy and quiet and the room was clean comfy and a nice balcony gave us a view of the pool.

The location is great but the hotel was poor however there is a great room for improvement. Such improvements could be done: 1- Revamps of the rooms & hotel designs decorations. 2- Resturant should be improved to reflect the hotel service. 3- Crew have to be trained to understand both languages Arabic & English. 4-Other services should be provided such as Spa, Massages, .....5- Room services should be improved with additional services.....etc

There is not enough information About the policy for the hotel For example: 1- Tax is not written in the web site Of Expedia because the hotel Take from me 15% rent every Night ( thats very terriple), 2- the breakfast not has alot of Items . Maybe i will not repeat booking at Expedia site . Thank you for reading...
