Not in a pleasant area.

Pros: Was close to the beach.
Cons: Locks on doors. Interior of rooms is outdated. Location cannot be changed.....
Location: Not far from the beach in a not so nice street.
Did not feel safe. True, I am not from South Africa, but the locks on the room doors are very old and hardly lock the room. The picture of the expedia website is not a good representation of the hotel. It looks like a big modern hotel. This is certainly not the case. At the end everything worked out fine and nothing happened but if you are not from the area it feels not safe.

nice hotel close to the beach

very nice hotel, clean, room is spacious and i got a balcony room. view of beach is very nice. like it a lot. recommend this hotel.

Convenient for self-catering but not for business

Pros: Convenient for self-catering and close to supermarkets
Location: Southern beach
Everything necessary for self-catering is istalled. And supermarket on the ground floor. However, no Wi-fi connection in the room, and something very loud happens in my room, which caused by boiling water tank equipped in the room.

PATHETIC!

absolutely appalled at the below standard room, unhelpfull staff & the fact that there is never a manager on duty. honestly for the price i paid i believe that i could have stayed at a far more exquisite hotel. i would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Please be advised that I highly appreciate your effort for taking your time to share and highlight your experience at my resort. I’m very disappointed at the poor service level that you received, which came as surprise as we are well known for our excellent service. I hope this was not your first time in my resort, if it was I hope you would appreciate my newly built 1 year old renovated reception and upgraded 4th floor. We are well aware that our units are not modernised, and with that in mind we intend to renovate our units as from next year. My resort operates 24/7 daily, you might have missed me or one of my duty managers at the time you visited us, but my team is equally capable of attending to all your needs. Taking all above into consideration I sincerely hope you will consider visiting us again.
