Tired

We have stayed at the above hotel a few times, but sadly its starting to look tired. The carpets look worn, stains in a few places, the window in our room was dirty, spoiling the view and from our window, cigarette butts on the terrace and window box on the sea facing side of the hotel, so I was a bit disappointed.

Quick and Effective stay

On such short notice, the accommodation was reasonably priced and available. The service received from the various receptionist support team was amazing and they assisted with each request accordingly. No excuses or can't dos....well done, keep it up

Holiday Inn Express Umhlanga

I will not book again at this establishment. Unorganised, rooms not cleaned, had to wait for check in until about 15:30. This after a 7 hour road trip with a baby. When we did room swop the following day we had to wait again until about 15:00 with all our luggage stored in a meeting room. When complained we received a sorry note pushed under our room door. No personal service from Manager.
