The room had a funny smell. but the hotel staff took care of it. I love staying there. close to the beach and safe.

Nice hotel near beach

Good value. Convenient location on beach. Recommend request a room above 6th floor because of street noise

The hotel was lovely. The only comment I have is that they have a lovely inside pool but the children could not swim in it as it was freezing cold

Lage ist toll. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super.

Tolle Lage am Strand. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse. Zimmer sind o.k., kein Highlight. Fenster nicht sehr dicht, was meistens kein Thema sein sollte, allerdings hatte ich kalte Tage und Starkregen. Check-In hat ewig gedauert, Personal insgesamt o.k.

Hotel was fully booked, yet the service was still excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast has a huge variety of delicious food. I even stayed 2 extra days for work.

WE CHECKEN IN PRETTY LATE AT NIGHT AWESOME SERVICE AT CHECK IN .HOWEVER WHEN WE WENT TO BED THE GUESTS WERE VERY NOISY THE WHOLE NIGHT THRU,COULD NO SLEEP,GEYSERS WERE NOISY FROM 4AM.NEVER RESTED

Worst stay in Durban - Blue Water Hotel

The holiday was bad,the service was disgracful, the building repairs notice states the repairs will end 30 April 2016, we checked in 30 April repairs were still on. The parking wasnt enough, you park in the basement and then have to walk outside the building in the rain and late at night no security to walk you around the building. If you check out early no breakfast pack !!!I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at Blue water
