The booking needs to specify whether the room is sea facing or not. The venue rules on cancellation and changes is in flexible and should looked at. If we had booked 3 months in advance we should have the option to cancel within an acceptable time period without paying any cancellation fees

Supposed to be a stress free breakaway........

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, however in our 3 night stay, the second night we received a letter in our room notifying us to book out the next morning. we immediately went to reception to clarify that we are booked for a further night. We were then notified that we had to move rooms as the owners needed the room. i was very irritated and had to phone the company that i booked with to sort out this issue and only once that company phoned the hotel were we allowed to remain in the room...Incidences like this is not pleasant and just puts a damper on a stress free holiday..

i doubt if i will ever stay at this hotel again.

too much noise whole night on the floor i was staying on.from my 3 night stay they wanted to move me to another room on another floor disrupting my stay,after one night, which i refused.guests on my floor running a racket all night.we could not sleep.

Second honeymoon spent with cockroaches

Studio has a inter-linking door to the 4 sleepers. It was like the guests were with us in the room, could hear ever conversation and baby crying. Moved twice within 3 hours of arrival. Room 702 where we spent the weekend had cockroaches of all sizes. After complaining we were given a chocolate box and juice bottle and complimentary once off use of jacuzzi and steam room at the spa. But second honeymoon was ruined because of all the uninvited guests in the room.
