The hotel is well located within a 5 minute walk of the Kyoto Station. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the Onsen facilities were very relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is only three minutes walk from Kyoto station and bus terminal. The best breakfast I have ever had.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! It is super close to the main train station so very convenient to get around to other areas of Kyoto. The staff are kind and helpful, the spa is amazing, and late night ramen is a bonus. The rooms have plenty of space and are very peaceful! Great spot!

Wonderful staying
Great hot springs (onsen) make me relaxing end of the day later night service Ramen was yammy few minutes away from the Kyoto station it was great

The old noisy aircon problem
I like the Dormy Inn Hotel chain in general but this was disappointing because the aircon was not working well. It wasn't strong enough to cool the room and it was noisy which meant I couldn't get a good sleep which is kind of the main purpose of any hotel. When I told the staff she came to my room and inspected but politely said there was nothing she could do because the hotel was old. I think 'Premium' is not accurate when the hotel is old and the aircon is not working properly.

A nice property and very close to the station. Lawson convenience store downstairs. Tattoos allowed of covered. Hotel provided some skin colour patches free of charge to cover tattoos.

This hotel is close to the Kyoto station, very convenient location. The onsen is clean and comfy. I specially love the laundromat inside the onsen, so I can spend time pampering myself while waiting for my clothes ready.
