Very comfortable bed. Reception were friendly and helpful. Good location next to station with large choice of restaurants and shops. We could not see out of our window which was opaque but probably have to pay extra for a room with a view.

The hotel is not clean. The room size is very small and inadequate to perform any work. Bath room access is not safe for elders. The general service is average. The only convenience is its proximity to the Kyoto railway station.

Hotel with charm.
The entrance to the hotel is quite narrow . Even though it is on the main road opposite Kyoto Station I walked past it. The hotel decor and colour scheme is dated. The step from bathroom to bedroom is deep. The walls are thin. But none of that matters. The staff are polite and efficient. The room comfortably furnished and the shower of an excellent standard. The location is brilliant for easy access to bus and rail. Happy to stay again next time I’m in Kyoto.

The staff were really helpful and nothing was a problem. The room was large for Japan with a couch to sit on. The only place that has had a safe in the room which is great for passports and the extra cash.

Take note: Small room but clean and well maintained. Access to Kyoto train station via Porta 13/14 stairway (underground walkway) It is very convenient to just walk to your hotel after taking the Shinkansen, subway or bus from Kyoto station. Washer/dryer is on 4th floor, coin operated and soap is included and dispensed automatically. Bathroom is clean and soaking tub is a nice amenity. Bidet has english instruction. Good choice.

Small rooms, good location.
Pros: Very convenient location. Right across the street from Kyoto Station so taking the train or bus was super easy. Quick access to Porta which has tons of food and shopping options. Ton of food nearby as well. Staff was friendly. They offer you goodies before you head to you room (I got a face mask and scrunchies!) Cons: The rooms are SMALL. We had two checked luggage’s and one carry on. You could only open one as a time. As a couple it felt tight. The bathroom was also elevated? I almost slipped a couple times or stubbed my foot getting in/out of the bathroom. Not good for elderly or disabled guests. Also, room was HOT when we got there. Electricity only works with your card in the slot so after a horrible humid day of walking, we went into a warm room. Took about 30-40mins to cool down.

Right across the street from Kyoto Station. A whole world of great dining underground right next to it. Easy acces to everywhere with busses. The three bed room was fine for 4 people, although the beds are not too wide.

I booked my stay this property at short notice, but I found the hotel very well presented, well lit. The property is situated right next to the Kyoto Tower and Kyoto station, so you have very good transport options.

Small hotel in good location.
Good location - just 2 doors away from Kyoto Tower and right in from of Central Gate of Kyoto Station and bus terminal. Room was small as expected but it’s ok for me as I’m traveling solo and I packed light. I just didn’t like the small window with no views. My toes keep hitting the small chair near the bed! There was not much surface area to put your toiletries etc.. That said kudos to all the staff who were polite and professional throughout my stay. Will definitely stay here again as the price was reasonable and location was accessible to most attractions.

Staff didn’t seem as friendly as my other stays while in Japan. I understand paying additional fees to checkin early but feel they really overcharged. We also needed to add one additional person for one night and they charged an additional 1/3 of the nightly rate. I was told I received a room upgrade but it didn’t seem like one with a view of a wall and roof top.

房間比想像中寬敞，兩個人是能夠同時打開行李箱。除了基本設施之外，還有一個小角落有小茶几，方便在房間裏面放置物品或者簡單用膳，房間內設有鞋抽以及衣服消毒噴霧，整潔道高，唯獨是進房間是有很強烈的噏味，房間設計不喜歡床頭位置天花板有橫樑，睡覺的時候，感覺有壓迫感。服務人員服務非常好，能夠使用簡單日語溝通，但是英語就比較困難，在大堂處晚上會設有很多護膚浴鹽試用品或者沐浴工具，每人每晚可以拿取兩件，也可以使用不同品牌的試用品。大堂處有外幣兌換機 飲品機，而且還有很多圖書，歡迎住客借上房間閱讀。唯獨是空氣清新劑的氣味好強烈，氣管敏感的我很快就不停咳嗽要離開一下。酒店位置非常優越，就在京都車站對面，要前往京都各個地方觀光都非常方便，而且附近有好多間便利店，donki ，餐廳等，夜歸附近都還有很多食品可以選擇，解決不時之需。
