All the staffs are friendly, patient and helpful. Place was clean and efficient. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. If I had chance, I would stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends, family or fellow travelers to japan! Extremely clean, friendly staff and great location in regards to public transit, lots of convenient stores in the area and overall very happy with my stay there! My only comment (which is not negative at all) is I wished they had a laundry room to wash clothes as that would have made it the icing to my cake!

Hotel basics provided at a very high standard
Excellent stay with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and English speaking staff. Rooms and leisure space clean, comfortable and tidy. Breakfast provided is not extensive, but there are a selection of cold cereals, breads, pancakes and pastries, hot scrambled eggs, a second hot selection that changed daily, veggies and fruit, ham and a changing cold cut. Hot tea or coffee and juices or soda are available for breakfast and complimentary the rest of the day. Sight seeing recommendations and weather updates posted daily. Handicap friendly.

Excellent! The staff was fabulous- the nicest and kindest staff, took pride in the hotel. Hotel was great, it is right across the street from a metro line. The rooms were comfortable and super clean. I would stay here again

One of the Best We’ve Stayed At!
Very, very nice hotel. Goto who worked the front desk was very kind and attentive. So was the other staff. They have free breakfast which is a mix of western and Japanese foods. Simply amazing and I would definitely stay again. Also super close to the train station. Literally across the street with an elevator.
