Excellent place to stay. I don't know why people hae negative reviews about this place. I had a good experience and sta. Breakfast was good, room was clean, the facility was clean. However the parking was not free. Parking fee is $20 per night. Which I was a little disappointed because it didn't state anywhere about parking fee. Though I will definitely return if I am ever in the area again.

There was no elevator to go to the suites. There was a railway line closer to the building where we got the room. And there was constant noise whenever the train crossed. I specifically asked the front desk agent whether there will be noise but then she said it wont be the case. But it turned out otherwise. Also, they didnt give us any rooms on 1st floor even when I asked for it. The front desk agent didnt give any good reason. We had to climb 3 floors to get all of our luggage as there was no elevator. This was not mentioned anywhere on the expedia website or the hotel website. Parking was an extra $20. The kitchenette was good and stocked with cookware, dishwasher, sink, fridge etc. The sofa bed was not comfortable so we had to get extra blanket and sheets (they didnt have comforter or extra pillows). The room had a walk in closet for keeping luggage and clothes. There is also a deposit of $250 or $500 for incidental expenses. The place was decent. Breakfast didnt have lot of vegetarian options. But for the money we paid $220 per night, it seemed over priced. We were just staying for 1 night and didnt want to argue with them.

Pros: Chromocast, large shower Cons:1. You have to call front desk to reserve room cleaning service 24 hrs in advance LOL! Which really means- no housekeeping service. I called to reserve twice and never showed. After awhile will see alot of trash outside of doors of tenants for pick up. Just not a good look. 2. Bugs on living room carpet and bathroom floor (Silverfish?) Yuck. Problably because not cleaned 3. Lumpy, hard, rocky, very uncomfortable bed 4. Parking Scam. You have to display Parking permit after filling out license plate, make model. But was given tow warning and charged $20 for not displaying permit and "invalid" license plate. What? how could license plate be invalid? How else would I receive permit without license plate number? Should have just been a warning only. 5. Front desk terrible customer service. Could care less about tenants. Very unsettleing when on check-in an employee is threatenng to evict someone on the phone in front of other customers. Then totally ignored me to talk to another employee about unrelated subject. Phone conversation should have been handled somewhere else. Luckily the young lady with glasses stepped in to finally assign a room. 6. Given wrong room. Given handicapped room 7 Next to a Metrorail so may hear loud train every 10 mins. The usual thin walls. Pooryl managed. Obviously will not recommend.

The room I stayed was very dusty and very out dated. The carped was ripped. The sheets had stains. I tried to change to another room but the hotel was not able to accommodate me.

It was a nice stay!. The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed that was very sunken in and the shower wasn’t properly clean. But other than that it was a nice stay. Very spacious, family friendly, area is friendly and safe

The metro station is less than 100 yards away!! Every 10 minutes it would go by from 6 am to 1 am!!!!!! The room was never cleaned once in the 6 days. We went to the front after 3 days and they said we have to book it and pay an additional 20 bucks if we want it done. The pool was cold. 1 bbq half worked the other I could not get lit. I had to ask for Foil as they didnt have any with the bbq. We asked for some butter and they said it was under lock and Key. The towels were small and thin. No scrubby to clean dishes. Breakfast ended at 930 by 931 it was all away. I saw people grabbing bagels as they were putting it away. It seemed like a homeless person was living there. She asked to use my phone because she could not charge hers. I said no and walked away and she said I didnt have to be like that. The carpet is old and worn. Would not use expedia ever again because they had the hotel rated as 8.75 out of 10. The staff were pleasant.

Excellent location. Close to 405 entrance. Room was a little tired but very clean. Lots of room Breakfast was above average and had a variety of hot and cold, some items changed daily

When, arriving to the property, I was met with an inconvenience that the magic staff was able to rectify and put me into a room that was suitable for me and my family front desk staff was adequate and very responsive however, the cleanliness of this place was quite awful. They do not clean the room every day which leads to Feeling that there are little creepy crawlers all over the room. Also, they do not provide you with towels or any other things. I would come standard at your typical hotel, like towel, service or even room, service or anything that you would forget to bring like toiletries, although the staff was , there they were not attentive and they seem like anytime you asked him for anything that it was an inconvenience. Also, I went to visit Universal and Disneyland and this was quite remote from the area booking through Expedia. You want to make sure that you check on the location because Expedia does not share the Location until you have booked your tickets and paid. I would not be visiting this place again.
