I was delayed traveling so didn't arrive until day after check in. I chatting using the Expedia app but no reply. Wanted to cancel. Went to hotel and they gave me a really nice room and extended check out so I could rest and shower before heading to Port. Was an expensive few hours, but really nice to get a nap and shower and extra time which they didn't have to do. Very good experience. Hotel is cool!

The hotel was contemporary and luxurious. The rooftop space is beautiful. The doors to enter the rooms are a bit of a head scratcher, but overall, it was a cool space, that was within 20 minutes from most major attractions as well as the airport. There was a taxi stand out front, which was incredibly convenient.

Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful :) We really liked the rooftop pool area. The quality of food and drinks were excellent! Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The gym is quite small and limited and the indoor pool is very small however the outdoor pool is big enough to swim lengths so not really an in issue if you go in the warmer months. The hotel is not really within walking distance to any bars or restaurants however it was only about 15 minutes taxi ride to the centre of Barcelona so was not really a problem for us just something to bare in mind. I would definitely stay here again!

Simply superb!
Stayed at Renaissance Fira for two nights and our stay was simply wonderful. From arrival the hotel was accommodating and friendly. The foyer and aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful but nothing compared to the beautiful wall decor in the room which gave that wow factor. The room was comfortable, spotless and complete with all the amenities anyone could need. We especially loved the glass bathroom and waterfall shower. Hotel pool was relaxing and the attentive bar tender served one mean mojito. It had a beautiful view of the whole city and key landmarks. Gym and indoor pool also excellent. We did not eat in the hotel but I am sure the food would be just as good as the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Location was great just a few stops from the airport one way and a 20 min commute to the city via metro. Couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone looking for an upmarket break from reality. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast menu was amazingly good. Felt a little bit out of the way, but with very good transport links which helped compensate. Highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel is amazing and staff is very helpful. Everything was always clean. Metro is 2 min walk away but also really easy to uber around. Was checked in by front desk staff Joan who was amazing and so welcoming answered all our questions he also gave the best restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again!

Ana and the whole receptionist staff were great! Politeness and patience goes a long way. I also mentioned my husband and I were celebrating 25years of marriage and they sent up a cute note congratulating us along with dessert and drink, which was very thoughtful.It’s about 15 minutes from a lot of the action but a taxi or quick train ride will fix that.

We loved the architectural design of the building, outdoor stairs and high speed elevator. We appreciated soaps and shampoos and other products left in a room for us. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Pool on the top floor was amazing, just wished there was more lounge chairs. Wonderful staff and atmosphere!!!! Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful! The room was huge and very clean, and the restaurant was wonderful! It's a little far from most tourist attractions but the metro and taxis are right there! I prefer this to staying in a small boutique hotel in a crowded and noisy area!
